Jon Cefai was the technician that completed the service visit. He was simply excellent!!! He arrived on time. Performed his inspection. Explained to me exactly how my system works, explained to me the problem, and exactly how it could be fixed. The solution turned out very simple, but he was phenomenal all throughout the process and explained everything i needed to know. I felt confident that Reliance was only sending true experts. Thank you!

After finding that our hot water tank was leaking I called Reliance and booked an appointment for the next day. Reliance tech Jordan arrived well within the booked timeframe and assessed the cause of the leak. Unfortunately he was not able to secure a 50 gallon tank to replace ours, he did try to come up with a few options to help restore our hot water. When I asked if we could upgrade to a 60 gallon tank he quickly contacted his supplier and was able to install the new tank that afternoon. Jordan was very helpful and considerate. When I called the customer service rep, there was a little confusion about the amount that I would have to pay in regards to new venting to be installed, but the rep took ownership of the misquote and provided a reasonable offer.

About a month and a half ago, we had a problem with our furnace's pilot light shutting off. Steve Danchak from Reliance, came out to our house and fixed the problem. We were very happy with his service in our house, considering we run a home daycare, and he was very respectful around our business. We appreciate his efficient manner in working and his friendliness toward us and the children in our home.

We have a rental water heater through Reliance Home Comfort. On Saturday the output volume suddenly was restricted, making hot water usage next to impossible. We have an equipment protection plan with Reliance. I called the service center and spoke to a representative who was friendly, knowledgeable and polite and who offered me a service opportunity the next day! On the day of service Reliance called in the morning and enquired if they could come by earlier than scheduled. Of course there was no hesitation from me and the technician arrived exactly when scheduled. I explained the problem and Wally (employee no 0480) immediately recognized the problem, checked over the heater and went to collect his tools from the truck. He repaired the faulty check valve and had the unit back in service in a short time. He worked carefully, fully explained what he was doing to me and left the area as he found it. During his stay we carried on a pleasant conversation as he worked, he cleaned up his mess and left for his next call. Having dedicated and skilled employees such as Wally and every other person who I have been in contact with over the years as a Reliance customer makes it very easy to highly recommend Reliance Home Comfort for every homeowner's mechanical needs. Fully installed in a single day within 1 week of the purchase order being signed. Installers were efficient, clean and tidy, with the necessary instructions as regards operation demonstrated and explained. . The sales representative John Bielas, arrived at the agreed time, was very thorough in his presentation of the products on offer, including possible options and/or additions. Installation date was agreed at that time, but brought forward. The purchase and installation went very smoothly.

Rick and Reinaldo came within 1 hour and fixed the air conditioner problem we had from installation! They were awesome he not only fixed it but checked to see all the temperatures and make sure the whole house temperature was correct! Reinaldo came right over as well himself to make sure we were completely satisfied! Thank you so much!

David from FlanAir was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve and fix my Reliance water heater tank. He has excellent customer service. He was on-time and provided helpful tips. I would recommend David to all my friends and family.

I was very impressed with the quick service from Reliance in sending someone to repair our hot water heater. The service I received from Adam id BEA1234 was excellent. He arrived at 8am. Sat. and replaced the heating control on our water heater. He had all the equipment with him, and the repair and any necessary information , was done in a very professional and efficient manner.

Our air conditioner started buzzing very loudly in the middle of the night. We called Reliance in the morning and Mike arrived very promptly that evening. He was fabulous and was able to sort things out for us. He was very courteous and most helpful - something you don't always find these days!
