Sales associate and two technicians were all fantastic and efficient!! We had a new furnace and central air installed the next day. This making my wife very happy, thus making me very very happy!!!

I awoke to find I had no hot water and I was pretty unhappy. I contacted Reliance and they had Dynasty contact me. I was really impressed about how easy the whole process was. Mike from Dynasty arrived same day, was quick and professional (love the booties:) and I was able to get on with my day.

Sales rep John Bielas was amazing! extremely helpful, took time to answer all of our questions, and is helping us with other concerns about reliance! a very enjoyable experience for us!

Generally I have been very happy with Reliance. In this case, the furnace fan was not connected when the new thermostat was installed and nothing was mentioned by sales or installer re complimentary freon check.

Our Home Comfort Advisor, John Bielas, was friendly and very professional, as were the installers. Mr. Bielas described in satisfactory detail all the benefits of the new HVAC system. To the best of my knowledge, all aspects of the new system are working well.

As a new customer to Reliance I recently contacted the Service Dept. for hot water tank replacement. I was contacted by David who was so professional and efficient on arranging for someone to come out and assess the problem. Richard arrived this morning and was also most professional and quick to address my needs. It is rare these days to receive such excellent service. Thank you David and Richard and the Reliance Team. I look forward to a long relationship with all of you at Reliance.

We had another flood in the basement due to the water heater. When I first tried to get someone on the phone it was awlful. The automated phone line is terrible. Their is no desigated phone number if there is an emergency, like a flooded basement because of the water tank. The first man that was sent (he didn't leave a card so I don't have his name)wasn't quite sure where the water was coming from and told us to keep an eye on it, he didn't seem to think the water was coming from the valve and that it would stop. I as Joe # 1645 who came on the second call was great.

Thanks to David Tran from Flan Air my hot water system is all fixed! He changed the control panel on the Hot water System and now it works fine! Thanks a lot! 10 stars!

It's not often I would take the time to write a review but when I have exceptional service I take the time. Seasons Change Mechanical promptly looked after our recent problem and the service technicians (Dallas and Cole )we not only polite but patient and informative!

We recently purchased a Furnace and air conditioning from Reliance Home Comfort, John Bielas (I.D. #5209) was our Sales Rep. He was very considerate, Knowledgeable and professional. John guided me through the entire process in a very efficient and friendly manner. He answered all of our questions and gave us suggestions that would best suit us. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. Thank you so much!
