I called Reliance to get my watre heater repaired. They sent out the call and within half an hour, Steve from FLAN AIR contacted me. He provided me with a Estimated Time of Arrival (1-2 PM). He called a second time to confirm the time. He arrived on time. He explained what the problem was and replaced the defective parts. The service was very professional and prompt. Steve from FLAN AIR was very friendly. I would recommend him to all my friends. I must also comment on the excellent service from Reliance. They obviously know which contractors to hire, Thanks very much

Dean Timpany was our Reliance Rep. He was contacted by the gentleman who came into our home to perform our annual maintenance as our current equipment was on its way out. Dean called us within minutes after he was called and came to see us that same evening - he was even on time. He was polite, personable and carefully reviewed everything with us with regard to our possible new furnace and air conditioner rental. He answered our questions completely and made sure we understood before moving on to the next step. He carefully listened to our concerns and suggested 3 models which would best meet our needs. He didn't push us into any quick sale, or even to the high end models, and there was no pressure. A very good representative of his company!

I placed a service call and was thrilled when my service man, Steve Danchak (#1502) was at my home within the hour! He was very courteous, professional, very knowledgeable - just amazing! It is people like Steve that make me want to stay with Reliance!

I called reliance to have my water heater fixed and was told a contractor would be calling me to book the appointment. about an hour later a representitive from Delta Heating & Cooling call me and booked an appointment for the next day. I had a young man named Rob call me 15 min before he arrived. When he greeted me at my door he was polite and cheerful. Before we went downstairs he slipped on shoe covers and had my tank fixed in a half hour. He gave me a card for home stars on his way out and asked me to comment on the service and in my opinion Rob and Delta Heating & Cooling did a great job and would be welcome in my house anytime, thanks guys!!!

We moved into our new place in early April and had no hot water for 4 days. Reliance had trouble contacting its contractors and on the 4th day Saul from Flan Air (contractor for Reliance) came out and took care of our problem right away. He also instructed in me in how to deal with the problem should it occur again. He did not charge for the service as it was our first call and was a relatively simple fix. I gave 2 stars out of 5 (satisfaction) because Reliance did not even contact its contractors after scheduling the work order until a full day later--We found out that the work order had not been put in until the afternoon when we were expecting the service person to arrive, and so that caused two-extra-day delay on the service. It was very aggrevating to heat water with an eletric kettle for 3 days for bathing. ANNA

Reliance were here promptly and their technician "Shane" was polite, friendly and very professional. We have had nothing but good service with Reliance. We were always treated like our business was appreciated. We will continue to do business with Reliance.

We noticed a leak in our Reliance water heater on Saturday of the May long weekend and had service (it had to be replaced) by 9:20 am on the Monday (even BEFORE expected arrival). Brian (Reb2315) was wonderful--put booties on, pleasant, fast. He is a great representative for Reliance. We were thrilled.

I called Reliance for a hot water heater not working. As soon as I hung up the phone I got a call from a local contractor Delta. The receptionist called and said that we have a technician in my area which can get there within 10 minutes. Jason from Delta showed up he was very well dressed and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained to me what the problem was. He fixed the problem within 20 minutes I had hot water. He also explained to us about the rent and relax program that reliance offers for furnace and air conditioner as they are 15 years old. We did go for a furnace and air conditioner. After we agreed within 3 days we had both systems installed. We are very happy with the choice we made. I lived in Canada for 20 years and have never received such good customer service in my life. Jason and the installers are very knowledgeable and professional in what they were doing. I will definitely recommend family and friends to Reliance and Delta. Appreciate the great service guys.

Great salesman, Dan Shepley very informative with our best interest in view at all times. Very well versed in all aspects of merchandise. Great installers, quick, tidy, timely and respectful of our home. Explained the entire system to us

Nick from Hot Sauce Heating and air was at my home within an hour of calling Reliance when my water tank stopped working. It turned out to be a simple fix, but Nick was thorough and explained everything even though he didn't need to. Excellent service, above and beyond my expectations :) ! Thank you !
