    Furnace and Airconditioner

    Tim followed up on the order since Tom had left on vacation. He was able to provide me with a promotion that just started and it provided a better quality system for a lower monthly payment.

    Broken Water Heater/Furnace

    A couple of weeks ago we had a gentleman named Stephen Soobrattee come and help us out. We had a broken furnace and no hot water at our house. He was supposed to come from 11 - 2, and arrived promptly at 11:15. He was courteous, did not mind any of our questions or inquisitions, and calmly explained how our system works and what happened. He was very clear in his explanation, and ensured that we fully understood. Not only was he professional, but he also had a very sociable manner to him. I would gladly recommend him to anyone! Thanks so much Stephen, you were a great help, and there should be more people like you.

    Repair

    We had Wally employee #0480 come out to service our furnace, and were not expecting him until the next day but he came the same day we called. We were thrilled, he was polite, got the job done quickly, and would not even accept a tip. It was getting very cold and we were so thankful for the great service. Thank you.

    Furnace inspection and thermostat replacement

    The technician (Adam Walker, employee# 6707) came to service our furnace on April 4, 2013. Adam was very professional and did an excellent job in performing the work. He inspected and provided cleaning services. Also, he checked our current thermostat which was giving us problems and installed a new one. His job was very thorough, opened/inspected/cleaned the insides of the furnace and returned everything to its place right after. He seemed to know what he was doing well and was very efficient during his visit. I am definitely pleased by the experience and best of all re-assured that our furnace is in good condition.

    furnace inspection

    This was our annual inspection for the furnace which is insured under the protection security services. Our representative, John, was very pleasant and very competent. I would welcome him back. Good and polite worker.

    Replaced hot water tank & venting

    John (employee#1485, Sudbury) was very professional and the work area was clean after he left. He was punctual and phoned before coming. I called previous day to identify problem and John arrived next morning. Excellent! Thank you Reliance.

    Hot water heater

    A big thanks to technician Stephan Soobrattee from Flan Air (Reliance Home Comfort) for coming within one hour right after our call for service on Mar 10, 2013. He solved our hot water problem within few minutes by cleaning and repositioning the flame sensor. His timely and quality service saved us from not having hot water for more than one hour during a cold winter day. Stephan Soobrattee was very professional, informative, and customer-friendly. He also gave us some very helpful tips and advises on self-maintaining our hot water heater. I am extremely satisfied with his service. Highly recommended.

    Service

    Jason in Brantford solved our furnace issue within minutes and was extremely courteous and professional. He was on time and gave us some very helpful advice as far as products go, to help self maintain our equipment. Thank you, Jason.

    New Furnace

    Reliance contacted us about performing an energy audit on our furnace which ended up saving us $100 a month on our gas bill. The sales rep and furnace technician were professional, on-time, helpful, and informative. They guaranteed the furnace would operate as estimated in the audit with a clause in the contract for correcting any failures at no cost plus a $500 rebate for the aggravation. Overall a good experience.

    Hot water heater

    A few years ago my water heater burst and flooded my basement. When we called for service we were told it was not a priority and because it was before a holiday we would have to wait till after the new year... Total bs then and today. Today I had to call for service because we have no hot work and the fan attached to the heater does not shut off and I was told we had to wait till Thursday for a service man to come out. I told the lady that was ridicules and if she would wait 3 days without a shower. Not priority once again only this time it's not a holiday. I don't understand they are in business of water heaters and whenever there is an issue it's not a priority. Home reliance service is the worst service when it comes to repairs, time to call in The other water heater company and switch over at least they have same day service, not 3 to 4 days
