I was shocked to find my water tank leaking late last week; I immediately called Reliance. Initially the thought of a call center did not seem appealing but I was talking to a helpful person right away. Later that same day a worker was knocking on my door and had the problem fixed within an hour. I was so impressed with Reliance as a whole. Thank you and I will continue to recommend your service.

I have had the pleasure of meeting with MR.Sameer Desai and Technician Mr. Paul.C of Reliance Home Comfort in order to assess the need to replace my home Humidifier. Both were friendly, knowledgable, professional and honest when making his assessment about humidifier installation . Mr. Paul C was punctual, professional and did a fine job and charged me a reasonal price. I would certainly recommed thses people for any furnace,A/C and humidifier jobs.

I have had the pleasure of meeting with Home Comfort Advisor Michael Macdonald of Reliance Home Comfort in order to assess the need to replace my home furnace. He was friendly, knowledgable, informative, professional and honest when making his assessment. He addressed my concerns, both financial and technical, with objectivity and genuine care. He sent the best technical people to do the jobs (furnace and humidifier installation and follow-up on an easily resolved technical glitch of the furnace). All of these technicians were punctual, professional and did a fine job. I've never written a review of this type, but if I have now it's because these people deserve recognition for their fine efforts. It's great to see people who do such good work!

I called to report a leak on our 10 year old water heater. !0 years where we live is a impressive based on the quality of water. I was able to make an appointment that was convenient for me with no issues. Andy showed up, he went over what was needed, explained that the exhaust piping was obsolete and needed to be replaced and went to work. He covered up all floors with drop sheets to protect them as he worked. Within a short time I had a new water heater, new exhaust piping and was back up and running. Andy took the time to explain the temperature controls on the new water heater as they were different than the old one. I was impressed with Andy's professionalism and his honest enjoyment of the job and doing a good job. Thanks Andy!

I had MANY problems with Reliance because of the Heat Exchanger in my furnace, it took like 6 days to finally have my problem solved and 5 technicians ended up coming to my house. I am not happy with Reliance Service, find it greatly overpriced and took to long, HOWEVER I want to congratulate one of theirs technician, his name is ASIF B. he came and looked at the furnace as a whole, he didn't come just to replace a part, we took care of everything, and when he realized that he had to change some parts he didn't just placed the order, he personally went and looked for them and install them that same day, he went the extra mile, so for HIS job I am really thankfull.

I contacted Reliance for a review of my heating system as I felt my home was not as warm as it should be and my system is 10 + years old. Todd, one of their home comfort advisors, came out to our home quickly and did a review of my heating system. He was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated the fact that there were no high pressure sales tactics. I felt that he was being honest about our best interests and wasn't just interested in selling us the most expensive equipment available.

I noticed a leak from the Overpressure Release Valve on my Instant Hot Water tank about 5pm on a Thursday night. I called reliance, and they gave me tips about how to prevent more leakage, and scheduled a worker out for first thing in the morning. When the repairman arrived at 8am the next morning, the repairman was very friendly, personable and didn't let my 7 year old son drive him nuts. He listened to his questions and answered in a kid friendly way. He fixed the Overpressure valve very quickly, and was on his way. He explained to me why this happened, and how to prevent it in the future. A leak in your house, no matter where it is, is a stressful situation. and Reliance made a little less stressful with the promptness, great customer service and I would recommend their service to any of my family and friends.

This is the fifth item I have rented from Reliance, and the third that was installed by Arctica Heating from Mattawa. The price is reasonable, and the service defines professionalism. I have always come away from dealings with them feeling that I was their highest priority. Their work increases the value of my properties. I could not reccomend them more.

Requested that 6 year old tank be drained, check relief value and anode rod. Says they will charge service for this not part of 'contract'. First time came to my house, didn't make the first appointment window. Then didn't make second appointment window that ended at 5pm. Then got a call at 8:25pm saying they were coming while I was in the bathtub. Was out and gone in 10 minutes.

I would like to thank Reliance for their outstanding knowledge and customer service. The sales staff was great and the installer was very proffessional and clean. They performed the job on time and were very proffesional. I would highly reccomened Reliance to my friends and family. Lindsay Tate
