    They should take "reliance off their name"

    I called this company in September 2018 because my air condition stopped working. They lured me into buying a package with a new furnace claiming that my furnace was old and inefficient. Over $ 7,500 later and in January 2022 in the middle of a blizzard the furnace stopped working. I call them and was told "sorry your warranty is over!" I asked for someone to come and fix it and I will pay they told me to wait 3 days before they can send someone to look at it. Contacted another company which sent a technician within 45 minutes. Now, I discovered that the furnace they put was manufactured years before installation, an old model. Secondly, it was not a good fit to the size of my house. Third, the installation was amateurish as they leveled the furnace when it should have slope towards the pump to prevent water accumulation inside and rusted. , which just the reason the furnace was totalled. Also, the furnace should have been installed elevated from the floor so if there is water leakage it will go under it. Now, I have to shed another $6000 for a new furnace with a 10 year warranty for parts and labor!. Worse company ever

    Water Heater

    Furnace repair

    Had a problem with our furnace not working properly and Reliance was very easy to get in touch with and sent someone over on the weekend to take a look. Joe was our technician and he was beyond professional and in fact even called me later on in the week to make sure that everything was correct and fixed. He was very knowledgable and explained what the problem was. Couldn’t be happier with how we were treated from start to finish

    Tankless water heater

    Leaking tankless water heater. Needed a new one. Went for rental of new one. Being installed tomorrow. All clearly explained.

    Excellent service

    Our heater broke and they were so quick in coming. They took the time to explain everything and our options. Amir came personally to make sure everything was done properly. They were extremely profesional and efficient. Would 100% recommend!

    Water Tank ( Simeon)

    Simeon came to replace the water tank and he was very diligent in his work. The tank was installed very well. He was respectful and kind in his approach. Would recommend him!

    Shower tower installation

    Kevin from Reliance did a great job installing a new shower tower for us. Couldn't be happier. Looks great and works even better. Very happy with this company and installer. Will definitely be calling again for future plumbing needs.

    Furnace and air conditioning system

    Furnace broke down. Had to be replaced. Sales was here quickly. Was not pushy but was thorough and knowledgeable. Made our troubles more tolerable. They replaced everything quicky, cleanly and were very polite. Explained everything thoroughly. Would recommend them to everyone.

    Remote area service call

    The hot water heater in my double wide mobile home gradually supplied less and less hot water until it seemingly died completely. Since I have had a contract with Reliance for this device for the past 9 years, I decided to make my second call for service. Eric, the technician Reliance sent, a great plumber and master electrician, was absolutely incredible! Having been a contractor for 25 years, I assumed that the elements in the heater must be burned out. However, Eric found they tested perfectly. Then he drained the tank and removed the elements, he found they were scaly but indeed not burned whatsoever. He installed new elements just in case. Then he took me to the electrical panel and there he saw the real problem: instead of a 20 amp, 2 pole breaker that a water heater should have, it had been replaced the 2 single 15 amp breakers sometime before I bought the building. Eric gave me the specs needed to order the proper breaker for this outdated panel. And after all this, in 5 minutes, Eric installed a shutoff valve on the main water line to spare me from having to crawl 36 feet under the trailer to turn off the water. WOW!
