comfort plan maintenance visit
I scheduled my appointment for maintenance which was included in my comfort care plan, The serviceman was punctual. He stayed one hour on the premise.
However, I was very frustrated that there was no record left as to what was done. Both my husband and I work and we were not able to be there and would have appreciated a clear outline of what was actually done, signed by the serviceman.
I let Reliance know in a survey I was unhappy and someone named Karla sent me an email saying she would like to communicate with me. After emailing her and calling her office, she sent me an email saying,"Tried to reach this survey participant but no response!" I presume there was a miscommunication here but I shouldn't be the one to call around. Eventually I called Reliance and spoke to someone else. I still have not received my report.
