    Replacement of hot water tank

    Our rented hot water tank was not working as usual so we called Reliance and to our surprise a technician from a local plumbing company showed up that same day and replaced the unit quickly and efficiently. A few days later, when the new tank started making a hissing noise, we called Reliance again and once more, the technician came the same day. We were very impressed by such quick and efficient service on the part of both Reliance and the local company.

    Installation of a/c

    Mike Zevallos was a very nice sales person he answered all my questions in a professional manner and really did know his product very well . Thank you so much a/c is working incredible

    Hot Water Tank

    Needed new drain tap for our hot water tank as ours was leaking a fair bit. The technician that came was one of the best technicians from a service company that we have had in a very long time. Pleasant and efficient - his customer service was exceptional. No issue with parts not being available.

    Water Heater Replaced

    After a nightmare weekend of changing the venting in my Condo I was very pleased with the service from Joey. It was no easy task as the water heater in my condo is jammed in a small closet but Joey was a very efficient, friendly, and did a great job! Reliance is very lucky to have him on their team.

    Furnace & a/c installation

    Very impressed with our installation of a new furnace and a/c on October 24, 2012 by Jesse and Wolfgang - very professional, neat, and clean, despite difficult circumstances. Marty Cohen informed us clearly and then very kindly arranged to get us a next day installation, following a problem with our old furnace. This was a REALLY good experience!

    Failure to install - no reason given

    Service Tech said order a 5065 G.S.W. Heat/Hot water tank, change venting & pressure test. You arrived Oct.19 with the new tank & refused to do the work & left. I called Oct.22 & no reply yet. Terrible service.

    Install of air conditioner

    I bought an air conditioner in the spring and had Reliance install it which all went as planned, however, come fall when it was time to try my furnace out, it was discovered that Reliance had turned off my gas to the furnace. Not knowing why my furnace wasn't working, I called another company to figure out what the problem was and they want to charge me $171 for the call. It would have been helpful if the installer would have turned the gas back on or at least let me know that it was off.

    Furnace stopped working (waterlogged!)

    The service provided by the Service Technician, Mark, was phenomenal! He was a joy to work with. I felt very confident about his knowledge regarding my furnace, and gave me wonderful advice about how to keep things running smoothly. Thanks, Mark! Your Manager should be very proud about how you represent the company! :) I don't know the exact cost of the repair + diagnostic (since I have a great coverage plan with Reliance), but it was sparing me and my 3 children the discomfort of living in a very cold house that was priceless! Thanks, again, Reliance, and thanks Mark!

    Furnace check/tune-up

    Got a flyer through the mail for a furnace tune-up with $100 off, so only cost me $19, for that price you can't say no. The service guy turned-up on time (very early in the morning, which is what i asked for) he was friendly and professional and happy to discuss all the things he was checking and showed me how to check a few simple things myself should I have a problem. Very happy with the service.

    Installation of Furnace, Air-condition and Water heater

    My furnace and air-condition was over 12 years and it kept breaking down. I had a home comfort plan with Reliance home comfort and they worked hard to keep it going. When they approached us with a rental plan for a new furnace, air-condition and water heater we were happy. Their Manager AJ came over and explained the many options available and provided great service to help us make a decision. We have now got our new equipment fitted and working and Reliance works hard to ensure our satisfaction and comfort. Thank you Reliance Home Comfort. Great team, Great service
