From a regular maintenance call which turned into a hot water heater replacement and then a rental installation for a furnace and air conditioner, the people I dealt with were all excellent, polite, knowledgeable and above all not pushy. The installers worked efficiently and carefully and cleaned up after - you hardly knew that they had been there. All round an extremely positive experience.

Dennis was wonderful, phoned late on a Friday night… wasn’t an emergency, but he was there early the next morning. Very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem right away. Thanks Dennis! Would recommend Reliance!

Absolutely blown away by Reliance and the repair man that came. Water tank broke and flooded the entire basement. Called Reliance and within 2 hours I had them at my house replacing the entire tank and all the pipes to make sure everything is to code and safe for my family. Definitely worth to have the Reliance protection plan. It’s nice to know that when you really need them they do their job and do what they promise when you have the protection plan.

I bought a new Max Air 70 furnace because my original furnace had stopped working. The installers did a great job but they were unable to adjust the fan speed which was set to maximum as a default. There is no manual dial to adjust fan speed on these units, unlike my old furnace. Max fan speed was too loud, overpowering all other sounds, utterly distracting. Charlie from Reliance came over and quickly solved the problem. Not only that but he explained how the fan control works and how to make adjustments yourself. I value this level of customer service very highly and I feel like it is something that money can't buy. I highly recommend Charlie and I appreciate that he values true customer service. Peter

My hot water heater was not working I call later at night & they send the technician next early morning. The technician was very professional he quickly diagnose the problem & fix it write way. Customer service was excellent I highly recommend reliance service I am very happy.

I have a protection contract with Reliance. I woke up in the morning to a cold house. Checked what I could and had to call for repair. The gentleman was neat, polite and diagnosed the issue in a few minutes. Did a temporary fix and then left to find the part. Returned in about 20 minutes and had the right part. Furnace working well and home re-heating rapidly. I was very satisfied with the service. The service person was excellent and polite.

Water heater was leaking. Called Reliance and they sent technician same day. He was friendly and professional, determined unit needed replacement, which he did very efficiently and was careful of my floors. Zero cost as unit is rental. Explained a few things about maintenance as well. Didn't get his first name but his initials are B.M. Excellent guy.

I had an issue with an 11 year old rental water heater. 'Sean' determined a replacement was necessary, and proceeded to do just that. He was professional, informative, and efficient. Feeling much more confident about our hot water future ! Couldn't have asked for faster or better service than he provided.

Our furnaces is down and with the protection plan the technician that helped us to diagnose /order parts and help us installed it with great patience and professionalism.no charge at all.
