    Excellent Tech, with excellent service

    I had the best tech (Daniel) come replace my water heater. Had this issue in the past but he went above and beyond to ensure we don't run into these issue in the future.

    DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS DISHONEST FLY-BY-NIGHTS!

    Unscrupulous contract interpretation, tradesmen who do not know their job, agents on the phone who fail to record appointment requests correctly, a complaints department which cannot be reached. Do not contract with this dishonest unscrupulous company.

    Furnace

    Terrible TERRIBLE scheduling. Called outside our window twice. No showed once. Cancelled twice. Over 20 hours waiting on this company for a twenty minute job. Technicians were good. Asked to speak with management. Denied 3 times. I’m not sure what our monthly payment is for if this is the service we get.

    Smart thermostat install

    Called on reliance to install a smart home thermostat. Tom Hotchkiss showed up right on time as my service tech. He provided friendly, informative and knowledgeable service. Hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend Tom from Reliance Home comfort.

    Terrible service, destroyed my sink and left

    Called for a plumbing service for my kitchen sink. The technician came in and used plunger without pre-inspection. The sink fell off completely during his work. And he just left... No idea if the clog was fixed or not, but he left me with a bigger mass and charged $111. Reinstalling the sink would cost much more money. I called customer service, the first lady was extremely rude and arrogant. Basically she was saying, that's all your problem now, it's none of our business... Called in again, the second lady said she would file an inspection, and someone would get in touch with us soon. One week has passed, nothing happened. I wanted some good plumbing service, instead my sink is completely destroyed right now... No customer service what so ever. Thank you very much...

    Heating Maintenance

    Hapton was friendly, professional, on time and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to deal with him and I can't recommend Reliance enough! Thank you for offering me peace of mind going forward!!

    No hot water

    Curtis from Reliance was prompt and detailed. He replaced the defective Gas valve in no time at all. Although he did not have one in his truck, he contacted another service representative in the area and was able to obtain one in just a few minutes. I consider myself luck to rent my hot water tank as it was no cost to me. thank you Curtis for excellent client service.

    Hyacinth repair

    Got no heat all suddenly midnight decided to call Reliance for havoc service they got me right away a service technician Patrick he very knowledge and professional will recommend my friend and family

    Service

    I had a new thermostat installed on October 27,2021 by Ramtin. He was professional, knowledgeable and cleaned everything up before leaving. Very happy with the fast and reliable service. Thank you.

    Keith was awesome!!

    Keith was our service tech and he was amazing. He was very informative and helped us to the best of his ability. Def recommend him if you ever call reliance
