    Annual Furnace / AC maintenance

    Again great service on an annual maintenance for furnace and AC. I was especially happy to get the appt a day after I called for one. The service rep did a thorough job, and reported all his findings, and gave me confidence to know I can expect no problems this winter

    Outdoor Furnace/AC Unit

    There are not enough good things to say about Tracey and Mason. They were on time, followed Covid-19 protocols, explained everything and answered all questions I had. They did such a clean, professional install. They went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. This unit is massive and spends it's like outdoors so it needs to be buttoned up to the letter. I will always call Reliance for any future installs/parts and/or services. The price was very competitive. Also it was a pleassure to deal with Kristopher who did the initial sale and setup. I highly recommend Reliance. Just remember, they do not sub-contract which is a huge plus as I don't even consider companies now that contract out their work after too many bad experiences. You get what you pay for!

    Great service !

    Ryan did a get way job - he was quick and very friendly. Two technicians came before him and weren’t able to fix it. When Ryan helped us everything started working again!

    Water heater install

    Extremely professional, prompt and friendly service. Excellent experience and would recommend Reliance to my friends and family The installation tech went well beyond the call of duty, thank you Steven Hale

    Quick and efficient service

    Called Reliance to come and check a leak from my AC unit on top of the furnace. They had Shawn come out first thing in the morning to help fix the issue, and it was on Labour Day! Shawn was very professional, courteous, and friendly, and also wore a mask adhering to COVID safety procedures. He quickly found the issue with a blocked drainage hose, from a piece of plastic (tape or packaging) that somehow got sucked into the unit. I didn't have to pay for the service because I have the AC protection plan which we'll be keeping! Thanks Shawn!

    furnace clean

    furnace clean and overall inspection went well. Useful advice provided on keeping hot water tank going . Called ahead of time to let us know arrival time. Mindful of finished floors in basement ,,, Thanks Nick

    Prompt and thorough

    Servicemen came at scheduled time. The work was thorough and done in a timely fashion with very little inconvenience. The servicemen were friendly and detailed what had been done. I would definitely recommend the service.

    Toilet water tank

    Excellent service, good work, good manners. My toilet water tank was broken. Technician check all the toilets at my home . Parts were ordered. No charge as i have a protection plan. Once parts arrive, they will install it.

    Hot water tank fix

    Hot water tank wasn’t working, called reliance and they got someone out here as quick as they could. He was quick and efficient in getting our hot water back on! Very knowledgeable

    Lives up to their name

    Reliance is just that. Reliable. Hvac companies I have dealt with in the past have come nowhere near the great service I have had with Reliance. It started a few years ago when my unit broke down and the other company I had purchased it from were unsupportive and rude and really didn’t care for my situation. I called Reliance after midnight and they had someone in at 8am and a new unit installed in less than a day. Since then I have had nothing but excellent service from them. Today STEVE was here for my yearly maintenance and he was great.. he asked me if I had any questions at all and was very informative and really personable.
