    Horrible

    Horrible from start to finish. No one knows what the other is doing and can't seem to communicate properly. Not much help with resolution department either. It really seems like no one knows what they're doing And a few months later the ac still isn't working correctly. Don't use this company.

    Water heater installation

    Several units in my condo needed water heaters to be changed, so the heaters were ordered and now one of them was installed in my unit. The team started on time and, even though the space for the heater in my unit is small and the shape and size of the new heater is somehow different, they managed to finish the installation before lunch. The guys were very polite, cleaned after the plumbing was done, so I am happy with the service

    Air Conditioner Install

    Just had an A/C and humidifier installed what an amazing job everybody did. It all starts with the sales person and Parker did a great job very friendly very knowledgably. And the installers Mat and Aaron did a awesome job. Parker, Mat and Aaron are the true definition of being a professional and taking pride in your job my wife and I could not be any happier Thank you very much.

    Plumbing - Kitchen Faucet

    Good & quick installation service. Came before time. Courteous and gave the required recommendation quickly. Did not delay getting the job done. Got finished quickly. Knew the work well. Cleaned up his work area after he was done. A good experience. Thank you.

    Good value, good service

    Andre was out and did a very good job with the initial visit, he was very fast, courteous, Na dgot us an air conditioner with no upfront cost installed the next day. Thank you

    Emergency Furnace Replacement

    Our 16 year old Furnace started producing CO (carbon monoxide) and had to be replaced. Given cold weather we wanted to get furnace replaced ASAP and from the first call until everything was finished Reliance proved to be super in both customer service and quality of installation & clean professional work. The sales person assigned to us - Momo - was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful in offering us credible options for replacement. He managed to get us the installation the next day (on the weekend) & came back to check on how things go - absolutely superb attitude and service! The installers were very professional and left the place very clean. I would highly recommend Momo & Reliance Home Comfort for anyone who needs HVAC.

    Furnace Replacement

    Had a great experience and was really impressed with the level of service provided by Reliance, from assessment to installation. We received insightful recommendations along with timely delivery and installation of our new furnace. Happy to recommend them to everyone in the future.

    Hot Water

    We previously had a hot water tank service man AND a plumber come to look into why we weren’t getting hot water, and neither was able to offer a solution that made any difference. We then booked another appointment for a plumber to get the handle on our shower replaced as it had broken off from the first plumber. Enter Joe. Not only was he so friendly, but he was determined to go above and beyond to figure out what the actual source of the problem was (even though he very well could have just fixed the handle and left). He looked into a bunch of different options, and ended up replacing our mixing valve for us on the spot. We now FINALLY have a hot shower. So appreciative of his excellent work!

    Central air unit service

    Tom came in on April 22 to inspect our central air system. He was able to diagnose a problem we had with humidity in the system and fix it. He also changed the filters and explained steps we can take to preserve the system longer.
