Furnace would not fire up of course in a Sunday evening between Christmas and New Years but by Monday morning at 9am all was fixed and running. Very polite and prompt service.

Very efficient and knowledgeable. Tried various options and parts to get it working. Made recommendation for better toilet and gave a quote with options to getting it myself. Also was friendly and cautious.

Was renting a water heater and upgraded to a larger model. Tony, the Reliance installer, was very professional and did a fantastic job. He explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with the service today.

Not nice to have a furnace die and get condemned. The Reliance technician promptly requested advisor Mike come to assess my needs. Very professional and trustworthy he arranged for my new furnace installation the next morning. Technician Elham and helper did a clean efficient job without leaving any mess. 100% satisfied!!!

Very satisfied with Reliance. We had a problem with our furnace and they were here the next day to service our furnace. They had very friendly customer service and the technician who came to our house was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He spent awhile going over everything to find the problem. We definitely recommend Reliance Home Comfort!

tHE recommended furnice was installed and is excessively noisy. The calking job on the pipe vents is less than quality. They provide written details only after the install. The customer service people do not listen to what your needs are, they decide your needs and send out wrong service people for the job and in doing so they screwed me because their guy didn't show up till 5 pm couldn't do the job and get things working, called Reliance who couldn't send out tech till 2 days later, which forced me to have to use another service technician on after hours charges. $495.00

I called to have the humidifier repaired (the original humidifier cost is $250) , they sent a guy who looked at it and said the repair will cost you $300 plus tax but he suggested signing up with the company ’s monthly plan and then call back in 21 days to have the humidifier repair covered under the plan and charged me $113 for diagnostic and left , 2 weeks after I received the package which sates that it doesn’t cover humidifiers repair ! I was fooled tricked and given wrong info just to make me sign up, I cancelled the plan and still feel stupid , please stay away from this company , they don’t have decent workers , not trustworthy.

This was a difficult transaction, but it was finally completed. A breakdown of communication throughout the company made what was already an expensive endeavor much more stressful than necessary. Consideration for customers time and perspective needs improvement.

11:30am discovered no hot water! Called Reliance for our rented hot water tank. Service tech arrived within the hour. Had the control model swapped out and tank warming water within an hour. Great service & our technician Reid A ID #3480 was fantastic! What would have cost $525 the day after Christmas was no charge with our plan!

Had a tech who cam very promptly to replace a rented hot water heater. He was very efficient, helpful and professional. He took great care in keeping out home clean when it was a messy day outside. Could not have asked for better service
