Furnace was coming on and off. Contacted reliance who had a technician come out on Christmas day to service the furnace and look at the hot water tank. The technician arrived on scheduled. Was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The repair was effected quickly. The technician cleaned up everything and explained in detail the problem. I could not be happier with both the company and the super technician especially on a holiday.

The installers arrived on time, and worked quickly and cleanly. I am satisfied with the work they did but the lower than stellar rating is due to other work performed by other Reliance installers.

Our furnace stopped working over the christmas holidays and we contacted Reliance to have the problem diagnosed and addressed. Joe was the technichian who came to our house and he was excellent! Courteous knowledgable and efficient it was as pleasant an experience as a broken furnace could be.

I wanted to take this opportunity to commend a few Reliance service technicians who I have found are not only experts in the trade but also go above and beyond when it comes to my service needs. Techs Greg, James and Chris have been at my residence to service and maintain my furnace and water heater and electrician Joey need to install a receptacle when I had my tankless heater installed. These gentlemen take their jobs and the customer’s concerns very seriously and that is what I feel continues to keep me loyal to Reliance as a company. With all large companies there are always some bumps in the road; however, I feel that the technicians and the customer service department continue to put customer needs at the centre of their practice.

My hot water tank was replaced on a Sunday before Christmas by a professional and excellent technitian Thank you, very pleased with the service. Technitian was polite, on time and performed tha work , gave explanations Gianni De Diego

Technician came in early morning to look after a furnace issue. He was very informative fixed the Problem quickly and also explained what the problem was and got the furnace up and running.

Great service! I had a slow draining kitchen sink. Reliance sent Mike out today and he was prompt and knowledgeable. He took the time to remove the elbow and take out a nasty clog (including a popsicle stick!). We'd previously had a plumber recommend hot water and coffee grounds (NOT effective if there's an actual clog). He also checked the water temperature and found that it was too hot and suggested a good solution that we'll take care of in the New Year. Very friendly to the family. Cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. All around excellent service - which was included in Reliance plumbing package, so No additional charge. Gotta love that! The $20 mentioned above is a guesstimate on the monthly program fee. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am happy with the service I have received. I called every company I could. I believe they have offered me the best deal. I am having my furnace and hot water tank removed and new ones installed :)

The Reliance Installer Matt was very friendly, courteous and efficient. He was on time, did his job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. He explained the system thoroughly. Nice job Reliance.
