I have the Reliance coverage package for my furnace, ac, and plumbing. They sometimes send contractors (Not their own employees) who usually do not bother to turn up on time and/or even the Reliance call center is unable to reach them. this happened a few times to me and I am not very happy with this. I have escalated this and am still yet to receive a callback from their consumer redressal team/ supervisor. My recent instance was when my furnace stopped working and a contractor was assigned for request time slot 4-8pm. But the Contractor did not turn up on time and nobody was able to reach him (even reliance). he turned up at 9:55 pm and wasted our time without fixing anything just said there is a broken motor and he has to check if it is in stock. Post that unable to reach him. Esacalation to reliance didn’t result in anything. Really pathetic customer redressal/grievance team.

I wanted to upgrade my furnace filter from thin one to 5 inches. Requested the appointment, Amir was real professional , explained everything real simple and place appointment for installation. The installation crew Bruce and Markus were also great , didn't take long time to install, explained and showed everything that I needed to know. Thank you very much guys for a great job.

Leaky rental water tank. Technician David , team member #111141 was excellent. Very friendly, efficient, and professional. Did a great job, left everything very clean and would recommend his work to anyone. Thx again David.

Chad was here to deal with an issue about the water heater. He was punctual, friendly, & efficient. Mike was here to inform me about other products that are available He was very cheerful & informative without being in the least bit pushy. As a result I’ve decided to buy a humidifier and rent a water softener. The calibre of these individuals was a determining factor.

My reliance service rep Cory was very professional and thorough . He corrected my problem and did an extensive inspection on the whole furnace! I would highly recommend there service.

Furnace went down on a Friday evening, appointment was promptly booked for next morning. Tech arrived in a timely manner, was professional and friendly and got everything done within an hour. Can't say how welcome it is to have heat again before we plunge to deep freeze again.

Same day service. Called as promised before arrival and arrived within time window. Drop mats and booties worn. Experienced & pleasant workers. Thorough explanation of the workings of the tank. Work was completed within an hour.

My water heater was leaking. I called for a repairman. The Person came promptly. He was courteous and friendly. He did a good, thorough job. I was satisfied with the work.
