    Service

    Our pump was not heating house due to it being the wrong hp rating. New pump was ordered with correct rating and replaced. House is heating fine now. Thank you

    Furnace Motor Replacement

    Had a faulty furnace motor. Technician Daryl, Tran member # 2109 was excellent. Very friendly, efficient, and professional. He left everything very clean and I would highly recommend his work to anyone. Thanks once again Daryl.

    Furnace repair

    Charlie did a great job in repairing our furnace. He explained the problem and made sure the furnace was in good working order before he left our home. We appreciated him resetting the time on the thermostat. I would certainly recommend him to those needing his services.

    Reliance service call

    Everyone we dealt with at Relance was very professional. I was surprised and impressed to receive a call to let me know they were running late but that they would be here in the afternoon. It was impressive that a technician came out a day after we called for service. When Steve arrived I found him to be very personable and professional. He diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the furnace during the same visit. It's impressive that he had the part he needed and could fix it right away. So many companies doing repairs these days have to come back and I was pleasantly surprised that this was not the case today! I felt very comfortable with Steve and was impressed with how efficient and well he worked. I would be happy to have him come next time we need repairs or service done on our furnace.

    Replace Water Heater

    Maitland called to let me know he would be about an hour. He arrived right on time. He introduced himself upon arriving. He was very professional yet friendly and efficient. He took the time to prepare the area and was very careful not to damage furniture or walls removing and replacing the heater. He made sure to put rugs down to protect our floors and carpet and clean up when finished. He took the time to explain everything. I questioned him on our water softener and he said he would have a sales person call. 10 minutes after he left Russell called. Great service! I was very impressed with the lady on the phone booking a service call immediately for me and giving me options especially this close to Christmas. As Maitland said, "You got an early Christmas gift!" I was impressed with everyone and the service provided. Thank you! There was no cost but it wouldn't allow me to submit without putting a numeric value in.

    Leak from main Bathroom

    Mitch was super. Professional and extremely knowledgeable. Performed a thorough assessment of the leak that I called in for and explained what was wrong, where the problem originated and how the repairs would be done. Mitch's work was precise and quick. He cleaned up everything and ensured to provide me with a summary of what he did. I would recommend Mitch to anyone and want to personally thank him once again!

    Humidifier

    Happy with the technician, explain all the detail and question with well knowledge. I'm in Durham area so if you happen to get them you would happy with all the work they do. Clean and fast.

    Water tank repair

    Had my hot water tank replaced recently, I was having an issue with the new one, it was unusually noisy and causing a vibration in my laundry room above the tank. Turns out the exhaust vent was touching against the copper water line. Repair gentleman had it fixed in no time!!!!! Very pleased with the promptness of the service and professionalism of the repair gentleman!!!!

    Bad when they send contractors to attend to your service request

    I have the Reliance coverage package for my furnace, ac, and plumbing. They sometimes send contractors (Not their own employees) who usually do not bother to turn up on time and/or even the Reliance call center is unable to reach them. this happened a few times to me and I am not very happy with this. I have escalated this and am still yet to receive a callback from their consumer redressal team/ supervisor. My recent instance was when my furnace stopped working and a contractor was assigned for request time slot 4-8pm. But the Contractor did not turn up on time and nobody was able to reach him (even reliance). he turned up at 9:55 pm and wasted our time without fixing anything just said there is a broken motor and he has to check if it is in stock. Post that unable to reach him. Esacalation to reliance didn’t result in anything. Really pathetic customer redressal/grievance team.
