    Plumbing package

    Great service! Called and they came within 2 days for non emergency. Plumbing protection pkg is amazing! Highly recommended!! Thanks Barry and the guys!! Fixed 2 faucets and checked hot water tank. No cost just premium per month for service.

    Furnace repair

    Steve came to the house in a timely fashion. Diagnosed the problem quickly, got the parts quickly, and fixed the problem quickly. The heat was back on in no time. Steve was friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything and was easy to understand. Great serviceman. He is an asset to that company

    Great job!

    Water Heater

    The Service Technician was polite and answered all my questions. He changed my old water heater and gave me some very good advise. I would definitely recommend "Reliance". I also have the "Plumbing Protection plan", and it's been very useful. I highly recommend this plan.

    Service

    My hot water tank starting leaking and soaked the furnace room before I noticed. I called Reliance and they came within an hour of my call. Apparently it was an easy fix and the T & P valve was replaced. I was very impressed with my technician Lawrence. He had this done for quickly so I could get to soaking up the water. Thanks

    Home security

    I would recommend Ahmad for any of services reliance has to offer. He is Very professional and has Outstanding customer experience. He explained the equipment very well and answered all of our questions!

    Service

    I have been without a working furnace for about 9 weeks. Finally 2 installers replaced the venting on a replacement furnace which was not up to code. Hopefully the problem is resolved. Most of the technicians were conscientious and tried hard but possibly lacked the comprehensive knowledge to diagnose the problem. Some were not helpful and avoided dealing with the issue. Lack of consistency and overview . Acquisition of parts was problematic and the average time from ordering to replacement was10 days.

    Blower Motor replacement - Furnace

    Second time our furnace broke down this year. Reliance have been very quick in sending technician to help us. Very helpful technician who is also considerate enough to go pick up the parts needed instead of having us wait a few days without heat for the parts to arrive. Really appreciates that.

    Hot water tank

    Upon calling for service, a technician was to our house in less than two hours. The technician, Cody, was very pleasant, friendly and informative. The only negative thing I can say is I didn’t like the up selling from the call centre operator.

    Brand new Furnace and Tankless Hot Water

    Excellent Job by Daniel and his team at Reliance!! I am a single mom and i feel so blessed to have my new Furnace and Hot water!! Christmas came early for this mama!! Will definitley reccommend Daniel and his Team!!
