    Removal of hot water tank

    Called Home reliance to have a hot water tank removed. The tech who arrived (Dan) did a pre-call, was on time, efficient and very courteous. although there were charges involved, I did verify with my HVAC fellow that the charges were appropriate and he confirmed that they were very fair.

    New Central Humidifier

    Customer Service was excellent and an appointment was made promptly. The technician arrived on time and presented relevant options with the right amount of technical information. Very professional service that I would recommend to friends.

    Reliance visit by Patrick

    Re: Water heater tank (rental) issues. Patrick visited our house and provided detailed diagnosis on the issue and a number of options for our needs. He came within the prescribed timeline (same day) and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He even arranged another visit by Reliance (within an hour, same-day appointment) regarding our furnace and a/c. Thank you Patrick for your good work!

    Service call

    Technician was thorough and took his time explaining the issue and also suggested alternate ways to avoid the problem in future. Excellent job! I am impressed. I will reccommend this company!

    Check up and Maintenance on Furnace

    We had requested an inspection and service on our furnace as we just moved into this home and wanted to make sure it was OK for the coming winter. The technician who completed the job is a young man called Nick and we were extremely pleased with the job he did. He was courteous, friendly and explained everything he was doing. He also instructed us on the workings of the new electronic furnace controls … something we had never seen before. He took his time, adjusted some of the fan speeds and ensured we were totally comfortable before he left. Nick is a great representative of your company and we look forward to seeing him again when we require service. Thank you very much !!

    Terrible, call back your customers

    Myself and my husband purchased our home which had a newly installed TOP of the line furnace/A.C system put in, Im talking 10,000. Upon taking over the home we realized one of the parts making it wifi and App accessible was not installed Instead my husband then decided to upgrade to an ECO Bee system to make our home more smart home friendly. We called reliance to have them do it due to it being their system and parts we didn't want to run into any issues. They had one of their guys come out to install the Eco Bee but then never told us it wasn't compatible with the system we had so we would not be able to control the humidity in the house. A couple weeks go by and my windows are pouring water, I called reliance but got no help so we went elsewhere and this is where we found out what was really going on and the lack of compatibility. I called Reliance and never got a phone call back, I have called few times and never got calls back. Its been 2 years of sweaty windows and trying to get a hold of them. A few weeks ago I called and spoke with a female in charge of the customer care area and explained the whole situation to her and just asked for them to reinstall my older thermostat so I can have my humidity control back but at their cost considering the crap and their employees lack of communication to us from the beginning, I was told I would get a call back in a couple days. That was A MONTH AGO. If shes in charge of customers that just shows how crap this company really is RUN FAR FAR AWAY

    The technicians are not trustworthy

    These guys are not trustworthy. They tag your furnace red, turn it off only to sell you new furnace ( even though the one you have is perfectly fine!). Our 3 year old furnace was overheating constantly and several reliance technicians told us we would need to replace it. Always get second opinion when you are told you need a new furnace. I’m glad we didn’t listen to reliance and didn’t succumb to their pushy scare sales techniques. It turned out we just needed to add more intake air vents in the house so the existing furnace would be able to cool down properly. We were on the furnace and ac maintenance plan with reliance for a couple of years and apparently that $$ wasn’t enough for them, they wanted to rob us from another $4000 spent on a brand new furnace. Just cancelled our plan and giving our maintenance business to another, more trustworthy company.

    Service on water heater

    Brandon arrived and made a quick decision to replace my water heater I had a call on Thursday, but the problem was not solved. He was efficient and very polite and I was very pleased with his performance

    Water Heater, Watersoftner, R.O. System

    Was timely, informative, and professional throughout the whole process. I would recommend to anyone. If the competition had someone like Dave they may have gotten my business. You should try to hire more people like David Respectfully yours, Derek McKay
