    Heater

    We could not get hot water. Reliance was very responsive and came first thing in the morning and took care of it with no issues. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.

    Good job and friendly

    Tech came at the time friendly did excellent job no issues with all the team so far I recommend Reliance home comfort to everyone one looking for peace of mind

    Bowmanville

    Our hot water heater broke completely after 15 years. The first Technician Chad came and immediately assessed the situation and determined that a new tank was needed. He ordered it right away. The two men who came to install the tank were equally as helpful and knowledgeable. They worked to find a solution to a few cosmetic problems changing the tank caused. Steve and Brian worked to install the heater quickly and without leaving mess . Thanks to Reliance to hire competent staff!

    Great Service

    I had a great experience with Aziz at our home. He was polite and very detailed in his work. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and make some recommendations.

    Water Softener Installation

    We moved out to the country on a well, and were informed we had hard water. Reliance arrived and provided expert information, including the measurements of iron, calcium and other materials in our water. They recommended a water softener and the appointment was made. Chris from Reliance came for the installation. He is a courteous, outgoing, individual who shows passion in what he does which was a breath of fresh air in today's contractor world. He was knowledgeable and explained the system thoroughly. His work was great, and there was no mess left behind. I would highly recommend Reliance to anyone in need of a new home system.

    Awesome technician.

    The technician that I was sent was awesome. Very friendly and considerate. He called before the appointment and was early and could come by before schedule which was perfect for me. He was very fast and efficient. Dylan is an asset to reliance home comfort.

    BAD COMPANY

    I bought a new air conditioner in April, but it is never cooling since first time using it. Technicians had been here 10 Times but unable to fix problems. We reached our sale representative Jeff and supervisor ryan to return it but I have not get back from them. Called company, and stated we could not return it. Under contract, 100 % money back guarantee. company said only in 10 days and they can help us remove ac but not money back. they sent technicians come to my house more than 10 days. they just take u money and no return, don't trust them.

    Fast and helpful

    They had technicians out the same day and they came on time. Mehdi and his trainee fixed the issue quickly and they gave me great maintenance advice. Very efficient and professional.

    Reverse Osmosis Installation

    Chris, the plumber, showed up within the time frame originally given, and called ahead to give us 30 minutes heads up. The install was problem free and he provided a good explanation the work he was doing. Also provided some advice on running a water line to our fridge. Definitely 10/10. I've dealt with Reliance before with a hot water tank rental and always received prompt, efficient service.

    Maintenance

    Had a furnace,AC & humidifier maintenance scheduled today. A professional maintenance technician came at appointed time, did the maintenance checks and services to my satisfaction, changed the furnace & humidifier filters and tested for proper working of the units. The technician was courteous and polite
