Ron was a very knowledgeable service man who was very friendly also. I would recommend that future clients ask for Ron specifically. Also, Ron showed up in less than 4 hours after the initial call for service, which I think is quite remarkable. I did NOT pay for this service as I rent the hot water tank.

Contacted reliance for new furnace salesperson knowledge was excellent all arrangements made in a timely manner all questions answered installing done as per quoted timeline work dine in a professional manner

It is a 10-year old one and despite setting to lower temp it frequently goes on so naturally concerned about efficiency. Andrew came the next day and assured us of its condition and corrected temp with justification. He also checked the furnace and found some rust and noticed CO sensor expired. Very comprehensive diagnose and professional attitude. wish Reliance included smoke and CO sensor service. Thanks!

Our A/C failed previous evening and service request was made after hours with reliance customer support. Service appointment was promised next morning before noon and service technician ( Johnny ) and service manager ( Frank ) arrived as promised. After a complex diagnosis ( high-end Carrie Infinity system ) was performed by Johnny , it was determined that a special circuit board was required and a trip to Kitchener to obtain a new board to complete the repair of A/C unit. In addition to this it was also diagnosed that a capacitor was also needed to adequately implement a reliable repair for this requirement and this part was readily available in service vehicle. Johnny demonstrated a very high level of professional patience, competence and courtesy which was of significant comfort when facing an appliance failure such as your A/C or furnace. Manager Frank also provided great support in overseeing this successful service . Both Johnny and Frank advocated rental equipment for future consideration for replacement equipment for our aging units and a meeting has been scheduled with sales folks at Reliance. We are extremely gratified we have a Reliance service agreement in effect and will continue to do so . Thanks to the Reliance team .

Water from water heater was luke warm. Great response from Reliance starting with the customer care who was able to book a technician the same day, after a few hours. Tehnician very good and pleasant, fixed the issue in minutes. Overall very happy with the profesionalism and response time.

Water tank was leaking No one could come out for 3 days Damage to flooring Tank had a hole and had to be replaced It’s not even a year old yet Poor Quality

hot water tank problem, technician came to fix it. Told me he found the venting is disconnected to the tank, it means carbon monoxide stay inside my house. I rented this tank from reliance around 5years now,I am very sure in this 5 years no body touch the tank except reliance technician, how can this situation become real? call reliance, no answer.

Called that morning about not recieving hot water, came in about an hour and fixed the issue. Quick service, explained what they fixed. Explained what to expect. Were respectful and didn't make a mess.
