    New Furnace and AC unit

    Our AC unit was on the fritz and I called Reliance to come and check on our AC and furnace as well. After discovering that our AC unit was too old to fix and our furnace was just as old we had a meeting with a Vince from Reliance and discussed options with him . He was very knowledgeable and accommodating to all of our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Reliance to anyone struggling with their furnace/ AC.

    Water Heater Sensor

    Jonathon the technician called before arriving; friendly and polite; collaborative and fixed the issue. Explained and demonstrated about the fix. Also took my questions about other services and requirements. Well Done

    Water Heater

    One call got confirmation, Travor came, inspect the area and install the right water heater, and it is working fine. Travor was very helpful and install the water heater in a very professional way.

    Water Heater Issues

    Our water heater has been problematic of late. The service from Reliance has been steadfast and helpful. The serviceman was courteous and took the time to explain the issues, work competed, and next steps. I am very appreciative of the timeliness of the actions taken.

    Plumbing Service

    I signed on with Reliance Home comfort almost a year ago for their heating, air conditioning and plumbing maintenance package. One of our toilets was occasionally running and I noticed my water bill was going up. I placed a call to Reliance and within an hour a plumber was fixing it. He also tightened the kitchen faucet, fixed a sink that we used only occasionally, and cleaned out the drains on all the bathroom sinks. Everything was done quickly, professionally and covered under the plan except the sink. I am very happy to signed up with Reliance.

    Fast

    Fast and reliable service. Ask for Russ and he can give you an aweeome service. Needed new HVAC, got a quote on Weds morning and all was installed the next Saturday. Staff did a great job.

    Great, Quick service!

    I called for a quote on Air Conditioning, Vince came by to discuss, he took the time to go through every option I had and answered any and all questions to the fullest. At the end of the day I came out happy with great unit AND it was installed a couple days later. The install techs were Friendly, professional, and worked efficiently.

    Hot water heater replacement - rental

    Zack was very professional. He showed up on time and phoned first to let me know when he would arrive. He checked our rental water heater and determined that it needed replacing. Zack immediately replaced it. Zack was efficient and extremely professional. I was impressed.

    Plumbing issue

    Extremely happy with Rocco, the plumber we had today. He was very professional, friendly and offered excellent advice about various plumbing issues we have. I would have him back for all our plumbing needs in a heartbeat!

    Service man

    Wonderfully informative and very helpful. Service man was not pushy at all. Answered all my questions and was expedient with the work we needed done. Thank you reliance home comfort.
