Peace of mind service call :)
Had a technician show up to my parents' place for a service call we didn't necessarily expect. Due to the language barrier, the technician was nice enough to converse with me (on phone) regarding what might have been the reason for the service call (follow-up on grounding work for the boiler).
When all was said and done, no service was required and the technician (Brandon) even followed up to ensure the previous service call form/paperwork would be sent to Union Gas to comply with required work, as a result of the Infraction tag- B. I apologised for having him show up for little to work even though he was absolutely fine with it.
Going out of their way to ensure peace of mind are just one, of many, reasons we go with a trusted HVAC company like Reliance Home Comfort.
