Had a technician show up to my parents' place for a service call we didn't necessarily expect. Due to the language barrier, the technician was nice enough to converse with me (on phone) regarding what might have been the reason for the service call (follow-up on grounding work for the boiler). When all was said and done, no service was required and the technician (Brandon) even followed up to ensure the previous service call form/paperwork would be sent to Union Gas to comply with required work, as a result of the Infraction tag- B. I apologised for having him show up for little to work even though he was absolutely fine with it. Going out of their way to ensure peace of mind are just one, of many, reasons we go with a trusted HVAC company like Reliance Home Comfort. Thanks Brandon!

Fast and efficient service. We were able to book the service on the same day and on time. Staff highly knowledgeable and gave vital information regarding our furnace maintenance. Transaction was very smooth and got our furnace tuned up. Will do transaction again with Reliance.

The service was really good. Did not have to wait for a ling time for the Technician, Mohammed is great. The lady on at the customer service is very pleasant too.

All aspects were handled very promptly from setting up technician inspection to home comfort advisor Murray. Everyone involved were true professionals and would highly recommend their service. Thank you once again for supplying great workmanship.

Very satisfied with customer support. My rental hot water tank broke down on the long weekend, but the customer support and technician were very responsive and resolved the issue quickly within a few hours, despite on a holiday. Highly recommend.

Our gas water heater was having intermittent issues with keeping the water hot consistently. I called Reliance very late on a Friday evening and was able to have a technician come out first thing the very next morning. The technician came out and from a professional standpoint, may have been one of the best, most honest and transparent I've ever met. The flamerod and burner were cleaned and my issue was fixed. I felt educated in the process and the overall experience was phenomenal. I would highly recommend. Our Technician, Cory, makes your company look good and is an incredible representation of the brand value and reliability of Reliance. He is definitely a strong asset to your team. Had out thermostat fail and could not turn on our air conditioning. While I could afford to sweat off a few lbs, my wife is 37 weeks pregnant and her comfort very important. I called the toll free number at 6 am and had a technician same day. The technician was prompt, professional, and very polite. He explained all possible causes and was able to resolve the issue quickly. We are cooling down again and we are very pleased that the issue was fixed so quickly.

Curtis did a fantastic job explaining everything to me and then he came back again to repeat it to my wife . Unbelievable service and I hope he gets a big raise . Job was outstanding .
