This company is very fast. He showed up quickly so I wasn’t waiting around all day. The problem was fixed fast, very satisfied with the service. Would recommend to others.

In 2015 we had a new furnace (paid for) and tankless water heater (rented) installed. The sales woman appeared very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. However after the installers left I found that the electrical cord to the water heater had been cut and then mended with electrical tape. We called the saleswoman and informed her. She appeared horrified that this would occur and was going to take action in our behalf but never heard from her again. Nor would she reply to messages. Same for the service line. 2019 we had reliance replace our air conditioner. Again the sales person was a pleasure to deal with and told us we would receive a free cover for the Ac unit. While he was here we showed him the electrical wire and HE was also horrified and said he would contact the service Dept. 3 months later I still have a severed electrical cord and no Ac cover. Reliance has not replied to my calls or emails. Seems to be a trend with this company.

We chose reliance to do our air conditioning installation. They were quick to come and give us a quote, as well as set us up with an electrician to come and change the panels for the AC. They had the install done in a few hours, were pleasant and kept our house clean while they did it. Great service!

I had excellent service today for my a/c. I called Sunday, technician was here by 9:30 Monday. I needed a leak diagnostic which he couldn't do. The 2nd technician was here by 3:00 and diagnosed and repaired the problem by 3:45. The technician was personable, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem thoroughly. I highly recommend the Reliance Service plan.

Both Steve and George were extremely helpful and kind. Steve answered all of my questions and explained things clearly to me. He was honest, not pushy. George was again very clear and honest. Not a pushy salesman. I felt comfortable renting equipment from Reliance because of these two people. My experiences with Reliance in particular any person I have dealt with on the phone have been horrible. So in other words you continue to have myself and family as clients because of these two men. They deserve raises and more vacation time!

I had no hot water and called reliance and had someone come the next day to take a look. The tech Tyyrell was on time, polite and got the job done fairly quickly. My hot water works again and I am satisfied. Thank you reliance

We had three installers come in for an install and they were awesome. Very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Even they replaced my circuit breaker switch with right one. I would definately reccomend.

Mike was very professional and friendly - explained everything to me and was very efficient. I was truly impressed with his service and how quickly he arrived. He also took the time to explain how to let my AC unit run without getting hit hard with a $$ hydro bill.
