    Hot water heaters check up

    Our serviceman was named Josh and he was extremely helpful. He was courteous and checked out our problem, gave us the all clear and answered our concerns. We were extremely pleased with the service

    Hot Water Tank

    Cody came right on time and was excellent. He went above and beyond as the part he needed was not available at the store and reached out to a coworker and he had one and they met up. He coud of easily said that he had to comeback tomorrow but didn’t. He was friendly,polite and explained issue to where last few people from Reliance had not. Thank you so much Cody for getting our hot water back up and running.

    Bathroom faucet

    Had a great experience with Reliance service for my leaky bathroom faucet. I called on a Monday morning and had an appointment that afternoon. The plumber explained the issue, described how to fix it and quoted a price; the quoted price was even explained in terms of parts and labour. The plumber had to chase down a new faucet that would work with my fittings and came back the next morning to do the job. He did a phenomenal job and was done in no time. Amazing, would recommend to anyone.

    Water heater

    Suddenly had no water coming from any of the hot water taps. When the Reliance contractor arrived, he knew exactly what the problem was. Fixed in 20 minutes. No cost because this was a rental. Very personable contractor. Thanks Greg!

    New A/C installation

    I had purchased a furnace last fall from Reliance and had no doubts that I would purchase the A/C from them as well. Everything went smoothly with both installations. Dustin, the sales representative is a pleasure to deal with and always available by text when questions come up. The installers for both furnace and A/C were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Reliance.

    Replacement of broken water heater.

    Your technician, DJ, was very professional and friendly. He was thorough in his explanations and recommendations. He completed the work quickly and with minimal disruption. He is obviously very knowledgeable and confident in his abilities. Very pleased with the service.

    Hot water

    Showed up early and the Technician was very polite, fast and knowledgable. I would highly recommend Reliance and their products . Especially the warranty program. Definitely worth the money ... .

    Hot Water Tank

    Randy was great. Very courteous. Explained what may caused the hot water to not work. He cleaned up gas line and told me to wait thirty minutes before checking to see if we have hot water.

    Air conditioner

    Great feeling dealing with John. Helped me out with getting my A/C and wasn’t pushy. Would recommend him and very happy so far with the service. Now just waiting for install only a two day wait. Thanks John!!!!

    Lousy customer service

    Today is now the 3rd appointment I've had to get my air conditioning checked out??? They cancelled June appointment then they cancelled July appointment and now I'm booked for middle of August. If they even show up for that appointment the summer will be near over??? Ridiculous service
