    The example of excellent service

    Hello my technicians name was Shane he was excellent, professional, and an expert at the job. He explained everything to me and was friendly the entire time. he got the job done swiftly and made no mess at all!!! I have had other technicians come before from other companies and they leave a huge mess that I have to clean after but Shane made sure to leave the site as clean as it was when he walked in. 5 stars for sure Reliance is lucky to him.

    Wonderful Experience

    The team at reliance were wonderful to dela with. Vince (sales) was knowledgable and made sure I understood everything before proceeding. He also made sure I was getting the best deal possible for my furnace and AC rental. The install crew were great and left.my.hoise looking better than when they showed up. Would definitely recommend working with them.

    New A/C

    All questions answered by sales rep, but issue with arrival time of installers... understood it to be 12, but they arrived at 2:15, with no call to advise they were on their way. Installers worked quickly and diligently. Happy with work done. No immediate problems encountered.

    Service Provided

    Jerry gave us a call to inform us that he would be arriving at our house within 5 minutes. He arrived on time and he replaced our drain valve very quickly. He was extremely professional and friendly. We are very pleased with the service that Jerry provided. We would recommend Reliance to our neighbours.

    Rude & misguiding us hardworking paying customers!

    I am totally appalled with your company Reliance it has been nothing but headaches & false promises on their behalf. I can’t wait for my contract to finish I will never ever consider them to anyone!!!!!!!! Their contractor at fault was trying to shout at me on my driveway. The only way I was able to get rid of him was I told him I’m calling the police! Rude workers & a staff that continues to talk rubbish is never a reputable company in my opinion! I would strongly advice the masses to look elsewhere when they need a AC & furnace!

    A/C repair

    We were promised a time and our tech showed up right on time. He trouble shot our a/c unit quickly and replaced a faulty capacitor and we were back in business in less that 10 minutes. Excellent service

    Excellent customer service

    Kyle came promptly at 8 am, was very friendly and thorough in his check of our water heater. He clearly outlined the various fix options, how much it would cost. He was very kind to my children and efficient with his time. High recommendation!
