Our water heater had been repaired after failing by Saeed and we received the same friendly and excellent care we have always come to expect. However I had asked that the tank be de-limed as well as it sounded awful, like I had a gremlin in my basement . Saeed wasn’t able to do that but I was happy to get that booked for two days later. Another day off of work and when Steve showed up two days later he complained about how busy he was and how he wanted to be done early because it was friday. He wondered around the basement looking around, having passed the water heater. And then engaged in a number that f exchanges with me to try and discredit my claim that the tank needed de-limed . He wouldn’t leave it alone and start his work until I told him my husband worked for the water department and we knew what we were talking about. after he finally finished the job he proceeded to say it was one of worst tanks he did that day. He rushed out so fast he never gave us the usual paperwork confirming the service, and left his hose behind. Worse yet was learning two mornings later when I did laundry and my basement flooded that he also had removed my washing machine drain pipe from the drain and left it behind my dryer . Thankfully, the 1inch of water all over the floor had not been electrified by the plugged in dryer which was also standing in the water or my 10 year old son who walked downstairs into the water would likely be dead. Thankfully, it was a new dryer and the electric source was up top, but we lost the whole day mopping, drying, draining the basement and throwing out all the stuff that would not be able to be salvaged.
