The annual inspection of our furnace resulted in a recommendation for a new furnace. Later the same day Vince from Reliance arrived to explain features of the new furnace & take measurements. All the information was communicated thoroughly in a professional, friendly manner & a date was set for installation. Vince also left contact information with us should questions arise. The Reliance installation crew were amazing. Arrived on time. Put protective covers on the stairs & floors. Did a great job of communicating “how” the furnace works & took their time answering our questions. Very professional. Very friendly. And left the work site squeaky clean. We highly recommend Reliance. Rick

Service was great quick and informative. Appreciate the advice and education provided on upgrading equipment. Will consider options moving forward. Disappointing that equipment is only 12 years old and needs replacing. Appreciate that the government is making changes for the environment but not ready just yet to replace both furnace and air conditioner.

It was very quick and easy. No hassle and the service was well met to my satisfaction. From the survey to the installation, everything was done professionally and very timely.

My water tank wasn't working, no hot water. I called Reliance at 1:42 they would send out a repair guy same day between 1-5. Great. Jamie called me 3:08 fixed it up and ready to shower by 4pm. Great service every time.

The hydro alerted me to an increase in water usage and one of the recommendations was to have the humidifier and furnace looked at. Reliance sent a tech out within 4 hours and the technician walked me through what they look for. I appreciate their quick response and my mind is at ease to check that off my list quickly. We have rented all our equipment from reliance for the last 25 years and I find it well worth the piece of mind especially when it comes to equipment I know very very little about but has a big impact if it were to ever fail. Thank you Reliance!!

Abdullah a Tech came in and figured out the problem after few seconds. Very quick resolution of my problem thankfully to Abdullah's thinking outside of the box. He gave me few other suggestions about services that Reliance offers. Well done

Very satisfied with visit today. Your technician was very helful, thorough, knowlegeable and friendly. Made a trip to get the filter I had been waiting on and was quite observant, thus noticing another problem I had been unaware of with the hot water tank. Thank you and her very much.

I Vince is really good at all that he did for us. Checked our water and we realized our softener had to be changed. Thank you. The option to add the chlorine filter as ours was damaged was another interesting thing and he explained all that needed to be done and everything was scheduled.

I have been renting water heaters for almost 40 years. I have paid for way more water heaters than I’ve ever needed. The only reason I overpay so much is for the trouble free convenience. The first time the water heater died it was replaced immediately with no problem. This replacement produced endless problems. Your response was it’s not our problem it’s the mixing valve so I paid for the repair. I explored the option of buying a water heater since the convenience was no longer there the uneconomical rental made no sense. I still had a shower that was not working for over a month since the last Reliance attempt to fix it. I called and a reliance plumber came and with help from another fix the problem and told me there be no charge. Their service and not charging for it the reason I decided to stay with reliance and cancel my water heater purchase plans. I have a water heater rental and furnace and air conditioner repair contract with reliance. What I’m really buying is trouble free problem free convenience. I will continue with reliance as long as I get what I am buying.

Noticed last night that our water had no heat. Still out this morning. Called reliance and they had someone out in less than an hour and it was fixed in less than half an hour.
