Nothing but amazing things to say about service as a whole. Our sales consultant, Bastiaan who came to discuss our options was honest, kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. Install was arranged already for the next day once we decided on what package we wanted. Bastiaan also checked in and popped in during install to ensure everything was going smoothly. Rob and Ryan were equally as friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They completely the work efficiently and on time and were extremely helpful explaining everything. We are super happy with the ease of renting the units and the peace of mind that everything is included re yearly maintenance etc.

Got the AC checkup from Reliance Sudbury. Called before coming. The work was efficient and thorough..Our technician was pleasant and took the time to show us features of our thermostat before leaving.

Repair on kitchen tap which was covered under our plan but had a new bathroom tap and stopper installed. the technician, Corey, was very efficient and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with his work and he was very personable. Thank you

The Technician arrived within the window agreed upon. He was friendly and very professional. Looked at the furnace and the AC unit and changed the filters. Everything went smoothly. Great service.

I was most impressed with the service I received today. Greg took the time to explain what he was doing and found an issue that needed to be addressed. i want to thank Omar who assessed the tank quickly and went above and beyond to get Dream Air in tonight to replace tank. Techs at Dream Air were absolutely awesome. Stephane was sent by Reliance to unclog ensuite sink that was slow draining. Asked if any other issues..he then fixed a small washer tap leak. Then in main bathroom took apart pull up drain and cleaned it out. All within a short timeframe with no mess or fuss. Èxcellant service by an èxcellant technician. Thank you Stephane!!

this was a pleasant surprise - I learned more about my AC/heating from Dave than I have in 13 yrs. I now know that I have to do some planning to replace the AC next year and the furnace before the next heating season. All is well on this service contact!
