    AC check and maintenance

    Got the AC checkup from Reliance Sudbury. Called before coming. The work was efficient and thorough..Our technician was pleasant and took the time to show us features of our thermostat before leaving.

    Plumbing repair and installation of new faucet

    Repair on kitchen tap which was covered under our plan but had a new bathroom tap and stopper installed. the technician, Corey, was very efficient and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with his work and he was very personable. Thank you

    The man was polite, efficient and quick. He cleaned the place as He found it. He did a good job. I would prefer him to my friends and family. You review is too long why do you ask for 30 words. Please make it easy to complete. Thank you

    annual maitenance

    The Technician arrived within the window agreed upon. He was friendly and very professional. Looked at the furnace and the AC unit and changed the filters. Everything went smoothly. Great service.

    Annual Maintenance Service Call for Furnace and AC

    I was most impressed with the service I received today. Greg took the time to explain what he was doing and found an issue that needed to be addressed. He will make sure someone comes back to rectify the problem. He even handled a billing issue. Wow, above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Greg!

    No hot water call

    i want to thank Omar who assessed the tank quickly and went above and beyond to get Dream Air in tonight to replace tank. Techs at Dream Air were absolutely awesome. Fast , professional and knowledgeable. You should use Dream air more often. They truly did an great job. Thanks so much to all of you. Cynthia

    HVAC Installation

    Tristin and Jeff are working here . They are very nice and patient. They did a great job , I am so happy for it. Reliance is luck to have them, nice , hard working people.

    Plumbing service

    Stephane was sent by Reliance to unclog ensuite sink that was slow draining. Asked if any other issues..he then fixed a small washer tap leak. Then in main bathroom took apart pull up drain and cleaned it out. All within a short timeframe with no mess or fuss. Èxcellant service by an èxcellant technician. Thank you Stephane!!

    AC/ Heating annual inspection

    this was a pleasant surprise - I learned more about my AC/heating from Dave than I have in 13 yrs. I now know that I have to do some planning to replace the AC next year and the furnace before the next heating season. All is well on this service contact!

    air conditioning not wasnt working
