    Great service

    Farooq was excellent - knowledgeable, pleasant, professional. Gave good advice on how to address issue with Air Conditioner.

    NEW FURNACE - Review for Tony

    RE: order CRM:0325757 - We would like to let Reliance Management know that Tony deserves some kind of extra credit for his outstanding customer service in hellping us with a new furnace. Perhaps a raise would be in order or a promotion. Never have we worked with anyone who worked so hard and gave such excellent customer service.     Extremely Poor Customer Service and Management

    Unfortunately there are no negative stars otherwise I would give this company negative 5 stars. I am ruing the day, my drinking water filtration system was taken over by Reliance. Under my contract with old company which Reliance took over, I have a 10 year price freeze and also they need to replace chlorine filters every year. I call Reliance every year and tell the booking agent to make sure the technician brings the right filters as the system is not the one from Reliance but from Excalibur which Reliance took over. For the last 4 years, they have been replacing filters after multiple calls to them. This year, one technician came couple of weeks, I asked him did you bring the filers. He said no and that I have to pay for the filters. I called Reliance again and asked booking agent to speak to one of the Supervisors who told the booking agent that filters are send to home when need to be replaced. Clearly this Supervisor did not know what he/she was talking about. My profile has several messages and they never read. Another Technician came last week after booking agent put detailed note to bring these specific filters. And yet again, technician did not bring these filters. Such a waste of time, he actually tried to convince me to switch to new Reliance water osmosis system. Reliance has been charging me extra for the last 6 months despite a price freeze under my contract. I have better chances of winning a lotto than Reliance fix my billing error and change filters without me explaining these issues every year. I am just waiting for my contract to end and never ever deal with Reliance again. The worst customer service experience ever. I have spent hours and hours on the phone with them and Reliance has now become an expert on making the same mistake every year despite claiming to have up to date technology. Please don't deal with this company. Booking agents don't know a thing, technicians don't have any say or power to do anything and Supervisor/Managers are not interested in your issues.

    Generac Generator Maintence

    Very pleased with the maintenance done on our Generac today by Lee. After he explained that he was the only electrician in Eastern Ontario to service a generator, I understood why we had to wait so long. Hopefully Reliance will be able to hire more electricians soon to help with the backlog. We depend on our generator in a power outage.

    Air conditioner repair

    Our A/C unit failed on a 31 degree day and an appointment was given for the following morning. Bruce was on time, courteous and very efficient. The A/C was restored within a few minutes and a secondary problem was also resolved in literally 2 minutes. Well done and greatly appreciated.

    Service call

    I want to commend Michael on the service call at my home on July 21/23. Michael walked me through every detail of his service. I was very interested to understand the systems and how to control them. He was knowledgeable and professional and best of all my home is a consistent temperature throughout for the first time in 15years. I hope to request Michael for all my service calls.

    Complete furnace/AC installation

    Jamie was excellent. He went over all the products, purchase versus rental, Maintenance plans, etc. He is very knowledgeable and I'm very confident that I'm getting the best.

    New furnace and heat pump

    We installed a new furnace and heat pump, and we could not be more satisfied. Starting from the sales person Tim who was extremely Knowledgeable on the products available, and promptly got Frback to us on questions or concerns we had. The installation crew were exactly who you would want doing work on your property. They get 10 out of 10 for everything. So polite and cleaned everything up and took old product away. Will definitely recommend Reliance to all my friends. Thanks for a great job.

    Replaced AC and fun range

    Living in a condo, I have limited options for replacing equipment. Luckily the ones in the building lasted almost 20 years, but I knew theyd need replacing. You had to replace both if one went so thats what I faced. Lindsay was the consultant from Reliance who I dealt with and she was amazing. She was friendly, professional and didnt pressure me into anything. She answered all my questions and followed up with a phone call to see how the installation went. She was the best sales person I have ever worked with.
