    Annual Inspection

    Dave was here this morning to complete our annual inspection of our furnace, he called prior to arriving and was very professional and efficient while he was here. He did an excellent job.

    Clogged drain

    Service was great. Called at the time they said they would and arrived on time. Thumbs up to Mike he was my service tech. He was fast and efficiant and got my water running again, due to a clogged pipe. I did have to pay for the service today, even tho i recently just signed up for the protection plan, but that takes 21 days to kick inn and I couldn't wait. Ah well... At least I know the next time it happens I can have some peace of mind knowing its free and covered by my plan. Overall great service!

    Boiler

    I called Reliance on April 5/19.The company was not helpful to response to my emergency needs regarding the loud noise in my boiler .(hot water) They gave me an emergency response the next day between 1-6pm.Nate the technician came before 1pm.She is reasonable to deal with ,and even found more problem that she had fixed on that same day.Satisfied with the technician.Excellent job Nate.

    New high efficiency furnace and central air

    Sales representative was informative and on time, he gave a friendly professional service of informing us on our options. When a decision was made the install guys were ontime and very polite. When replacing and installing the new units the two men showed respect for my home, cleaning up everything and showing us where everything is anf told us how everything worked . Very happy with everything.

    Too many visits

    Brand new equipment under a year old and has had to service 3 times. Poor quality. Please ask customer service agent on the phone to STOP trying to sell me stuff when I’m calling because your product is not working. Why would I want them or even the person at the door to sell me on anything

    Cheap, unreliable furnace

    Shawn came to repair our furnace and was friendly, helpful and full of great information as well as tips for us. Unfortunately we have a low end furnace that is 4 years old and have come to the conclusion it needs to go, which really disappoints me as it was a friend that we trusted and paid a pretty good dollar for it. In closing, Shawn was a five out of five both with the way he cared and his attitude towards helping us out. Thank you Shawn from reliance, your awesome. Joanna

    Billing

    Billing nightmares. I owned a number of properties. When I sold one home, I asked my bills to be sent to my other home. Reliance had discovered they had erred and had failed to bill me for the home I was moving from. I agreed to pay what I owed without any extra charges. Reliance assured me they would send next bill to my other home. Well, guess what? They failed at that too and now they refused to correct their error and reverse the interest charges. I still have not received any itemized bill. Instead just a letter from a collection agency. I guess I will see them in small claims. I called their billing centre and spoke with one agent and then a supervisor and both claimed they could do nothing, however, they could reinstate the account but not reverse any interest charges. And then Reliance said I need to speak with the collection agency first. I had already called the Default and Recovery division but their phone lines were too busy and so I left a message. I have not heard from them. Reliance is not customer oriented and their billing practices are suspect. I will update as to what happens here and elsewhere. UPDATE: I just e-mailed Jessica and I will let you know the response. (I received Jessica's response just yesterday on April 8) It is my hopes she will help to resolve this to our mutual satisfaction.

    A/C consult

    Had a rep come over for a a/c consultation, he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Got a great deal on a rental a/c, very good experience overall. The rep, Dan is a great guy who didn’t over sell, just presented the options and his recommendations.

    Plumbing Repair

    My backed up and clogged kitchen sink was so bad I could not clear it no matter what I did, even after the handyman tools for the job. Enter Mike from Reliance and after some investigation he succeeding in doing what others could not. He went above and beyond the purpose of his visit and re-built the drainage lines after removing the improper one. He also suggested ways in which I could avoid having this issue arise again which is especially appreciated. Thanks Mike and Reliance for once again providing great service at a great price. (We now have your plumbing insurance plan)

    Reliance furnace

    Great service. They are available 24/7. Makes all our job easy. On April 4th Jason was assigned to take care of my furnace and air conditioner. He was very professional and efficient. I am very pleased with the service. He guided me and provided me all the information which I was not aware of. Thank you Jadon. Once again, their service 9s great. They go above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy and satisfied.
