Great service. They are available 24/7. Makes all our job easy. On April 4th Jason was assigned to take care of my furnace and air conditioner. He was very professional and efficient. I am very pleased with the service. He guided me and provided me all the information which I was not aware of. Thank you Jadon. Once again, their service 9s great. They go above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy and satisfied.

Very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly service! The technician called before arriving at my house to tell me when he would be here, he arrived on time, and was very friendly and worked quickly to resolve the problem. He did a great job and had my water heater working again in no time. Thanks so much!

I was very happy with the service technician. He had a very pleasant manner and explained the service check up and also listed other services available which might be beneficial to me.

Great customer service!! I had 2 technicians come this week on 2 different days. My son was here the 1st night and he said the guy was great and very personable. The other technician (Hector) came days later to install a new ventor motor. The new motor was ordered after the 1st service call and it arrived the next day. Hector was very professional and kind..he took his time and explained things. He praised and had good things to say about the 1st technician who came and that he had been with Reliance for a long time. I have had Reliance come a few times to do repairs on my hot water tank and the service has always been good. Thank you a long time

The Reliance rep.- Dave did a great job. He called before arriving, and arrived at the time he said he would all within a few hours of calling with the initial complaint. He was considerate of my floors by wearing coverings on his feet. He was friendly and polite and repaired the issue quickly. Good Job!

Came in all professional to do the test came in a couple days later installer was great with all the details in how to run it and setup if any problems or people change in the home

Service was good, arrived right when they said they wood. Pleasant gentleman, this was my yearly maintenance, checked my furnace and ac.I have never had a problem with Reliance service people, only with the Sales department

Corey and his team of 2 arrived on April 3/19 to install a backwater valve. They hung plastic for dust control and they were knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and professional. They worked quickly and cleaned up the worksite before leaving. The job was completed earlier than I had anticipated. Thanks guys! Thanks also for the ear plugs!

Jordon was extremely helpful he investigated the problems we were having with our humidity found the error corrected it all showed us how it all worked and it seems to be working fine walked us all through it to So we could identify if there are any problems going forward so that we could report them to have them fixed Would have him back for any service issues again

The service rep (who is the electrician) was excellent! He went over and above replacing our water tank today. He was professional, very knowledgeable and well prepared. He completed the replacement a timely manner. Thank you Allan
