    Hvac

    The technician called during the quoted time frame and arrived at the house promptly. He provided quick service taking the time to explain things to us. We were happy with the service.

    Very annoying sales technique

    I called for repair services for my furnace. Lady kept selling me their heating plan even after I told them I'm not interested and I just want to get my furnace repaired because it's 10C inside the house. She will not stop sellling so I have to hang up.

    installation of furnace and A/C

    We just had a brand new furnace and A/C installed and the technicians did a great job.! My Wife was so impressed by the cleanup after the job was completed as was I. Great kids too....Efficient, quick and they spent a lot of time explaining to us just how everything works, particularly the thermostat....Job well done!!! Unfortunately, I am really bad at remember names but the kids were excellent...

    Furnace maintenance

    Got maintenance service with Chris C. from Reliance. I felt very comfortable with him and felt that he knew his stuff. He recommended a few things to me and gave a great overview of my furnace, what could go wrong and some advice on future furnace replacements. All in all he did what I expected and then some.

    New furnace

    We recently installed a new furnace and AC unit. The installers were very professional and polite and did the work on a timely manner. The Advisor Andrew, also explained everything clearly and was always available when needed for any follow up or doubts

    Furnace sales and installation

    Liz was amazing! Very kind, helpful, and worked until 10:30pm to get us a furnace the next day. We’d have her back in our home for tea now that it’s warm. The installers were also great, worked very hard!

    Furnace repairs - 4 visits and still not resolved

    Experienced intermittent furnace outages. It was difficult getting same day repairs due to filled bookings. 4 separate visits by 4 separate service techs and it finally looks like we may have resolution. 1st repair guy didn't do a thorough diagnosis and ordered a couple replacement parts - one of which was determined as unnecessary by the 3rd repair guy. 2nd repair guy didn't install one of the ordered parts, instead did a silicone seal repair on the broken one. He didn't tell us that he couldn't get the part in. Left without saying anything and left the part sitting loose in the furnace. 3rd repair guy blamed the thermostat, did some checks/repairs and got the furnace working for a day and a half. 4th guy did a thorough job and actually tried to source the problem. Hopefully after his good work we can put this behind us.

    Furnace Replacement

    The Reliance crew did an excellent job and had my heat back on in no time. The crew was polite and kept the furnace area very clean and tidy. The outside temperature was very cold and I was happy that Reliance could respond and replace my furnace so quickly.

    hot water tank rental installed

    The installer Adam was pleasant knowledgeable person to deal with. Adam explained all I needed to know about the new tank, what the does to look after you in case there were issues. I am a senior with many questions, Adam never one time made me feel the questions we bothersome. What great gentleman you choose to install. Adam was a pleasure to deal with and makes your company look good. Adam in summing up was amazing. I am so pleased I chose reliance. I will recommend your company anytime. Thank you.
