    The technician was super knowledgeable

    My technician went over and above to maintain and educate me about my furnace! We also discussed carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. I feel safer in my home now that he serviced it.

    furnace

    Called to have my furnace checked . The call center was amazing setting up a service call for the next day. Brent showed very courteous and polite. Explained what needed to be done made sure furnace was working before he left. Excellent service! Very professional I am totally pleased with reliance service.

    Water shut-off valve on water heater leaking

    Reliance responded to my online service request within 24 hours and set an agreed upon time for visit by plumber two days ahead. Plumber, Bill, arrived on time and replaced the offending valve in a timely and efficient manner. Finished the job by wiping clean the work area. Good job!!!

    Heating Quote

    Reliance sent Michelle Bosch Out to present options on Water Purification the products and service were amazing. They have so many options at Reliance love that they are a one stop shop! I have a protection plan with them as well has been useful on my owned equipment a few times. Saved me $$$$ I would refer them to anyone! Great job!!

    Hvac

    Chris came to my house as I had no heat and I have tenants living here too. He came very quickly and got my furnace working again and also explained how everything works. He also told me about the new water treatment products Reliance offers which I’m very interested in. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend. Thank you Chris

    Repaired furnace and water heater that fried.

    Power surged fried mother boards of my water heater and furnace. I had 3 seperatr repair/maintenance men (Paul w, Grayson Gould, and Keith) Professional, prompt, efficient, personable, clean and I have heat and hot water. I couldn't be happier with the service, and that was all covered by my maintenance packages and rental. Also their call centre personal were also excellent. Thank you reliance.

    Chris was very knowledgeable about products and provided good advice. He replaced the our filter and humidifier.pad. he explained how the humidifier works and went over water softeners. And discussed sir conditioner

    The service I received from Reliance was timely and professional. Toni was helpful knowledgeable and always available to answer our questions. We feel we got great value for our money.

    Hot Water Tank

    Hat water tank leaking so no hot water. Phoned on Thursday and got appointment for Sat. Tech showed up with no tank and said it was leaking. Told them that on phone. Had to make another appointment for installation. Very poor customer service. Should have been replaced on 1st appointment. Having said that the service tech did a very professional job of installation.

    Repair of tankless heating system

    Reliance is readily available to attend to a repair but, the techs are not always successful in diagnosing and repair. So it takes multiple calls and appointments to resolve an issue very often. Also call center is not knowledgeable enough about their specific products. I am currently looking at a replacement unit but, their prices for new rentals are exorbitant, completely out of line.
