    Water Heater

    unreliable. “We’re not comfortable until you are” slogan is a whole lot of BS. Called several times and waited on the hours they should be coming and no one arrives. No body calls you for update nor follow up on you. Its the 4th we are trying to get someone to fix a rental water heater and nobody cares to accomodate us. We have to reshuffle our own schedule to make sure someone is at home and then you wait in vain. Its very upsetting you pay a huge amount of rental fee when you water isnt even working for a week now. Im not sure how you they operate but you have to put you sht together. Bcoz if this isnt a contract from the old owner, i would have toss this out and buy our own..

    Service for furnace

    My Furnace stopped working and my house was freezing. I phoned Reliance and they came within hours of making the call. Brian was the service technician trouble shooting my heating system. He was very friendly, knowledgable and figured out quickly it was my pressure switch. He had all the parts on hand to make the repair quickly. I would highly recommend his service.

    Our home is comfortable again.

    They made the process of getting a new furnace and air conditioner a smooth experience! We are very pleased with the service we've received from Reliance and we are so glad we chose Reliance to look after us with the new furnace and AC unit.

    Furnace

    called early this morning after noticing that the heat was not clicking on ... they said they would be at my house between 8 am - 1:00 pm.. I received a call shortly after 8 and Sheldon was at my house in 20 minutes. He replaced a board and ignitor in my furnace .... great service ... pleasant service man and explained everything that had happened and what had to be repaired. Very pleased

    Service

    Our service man, Dave, did an excellent job. He was very friendly, cordial and courteus, and our dog really liked him as well. I wish all service people were more like him.

    Water heater

    Corey lalonde was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He was prompt and got the job done quickly and no mess involved . He laid down mats and we really appreciated that he had respect for us in our home.

    Front Office Confusion

    Guys come and install AC in the Summer - works well but they left the gas to the furnace turned off. Called to get them to come and turn it on. Front Office person was confused and could not find my records. After 5 minutes of silence, to confirm I had dialled the right number, I asked her who she worked for - she couldn't answer me. I hang up and called again and got a competent human but could only get an appointment 2 days out. I booked it anyway. Rather than waiting the 2 days I figure out how to turn on the gas and furnace myself. I call and cancel the appointment. On the day of the (cancelled) appointment I get an email confirming the appointment. I call and speak to someone who says they can see a note that I called to request cancellation but not an actual cancellation. She confirms that she will cancel the appointment. 2 hours later I get a call from the Tech saying he's on his way to the appointment. I tell him I cancelled. 5 mins later I get an email saying that the Tech could not get access and if |I want to cancel the appointment to please call. You know what? I'm tired of calling, I'm going to avoid calling this company ever again.

    New furnace and AC

    Simon Lipscombe a home comfort advisor for Reliance came to see if we needed a new furnace, which we did. I have not met many people like Simon, so friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and any concerns I had. He did not rush the appointment and made me feel like a valued customer. Truly an extraordinary person! Thank You Simon.

    Reliance Home Comfort service

    Great service tonight on my hot water tank - friendly and professional gentleman who was able to get my hot water in the bathroom back up and running again, he did a great job

    Excellent Service (Sarnia, ON)

    I'm writing this review to express my thanks and gratitude for everything Toni from Reliance (Sarnia, ON) has done for my family. I appreciate the clear information provided regarding both the hot water heater and furnace. Toni was helpful at the beginning of our issues and has continued throughout the planning and install. She took time to stay in contact with me to ensure my daughter's and I had both hot water and heat in our home throughout this adventure!
