    Replacing Furnace, AC and hot water tank

    The people from Reliance were very professional and caring in installing/replacing our furnace, AC and hot water tank. Everything went smoothly and on time. The work they did was amazing. Great attitudes and friendly. The explanation afterwards was informative and the clean up was meticulous. Thank you all!!

    Furnace/AC sale and installation

    Excellent. Representative, Murray Stark was exceptional,thorough and kept contact throughout the sales/installation. He had all the info I needed at his fingertips and was able to point out many things I had not considered. I give him a 10 OUT OF 10. The installation was fast, clean, and very well done; I am satisfied that I have a dependable, quiet, AC/furnace combo.

    Bathroom sink leak

    Had a leak from an upstairs sink. The repair was completed in a fast time frame. Further suggestions on other repairs for the same area were made that were greatly appreciated.

    Furnace maintenance

    I had an annual furnace maintenance done by Reliance. The service man Derek was polite and professional. He found out a gas leak at the hot water tank, and arranged for an appointment. Excellent service for taking the extra step.

    Daniel MacDougall was very good and he listened to all our concerns.

    Daniel, the salesman came to our house and listened to all our concerns. He showed us the most appropriate furnace for our house. He was very thorough, showing us all the options and products available to us. He was very professional and we appreciated him listening to our financial concerns as I am on disability. GOD bless have a great day

    Great work Thunderbay team !

    We recently had a problem with our plumbing drains and called Reliance.Dennis and James showed up and solved all of our problems.They were on time, knowledgable and professional and left our house spotless after a very messy job.Reliance are so lucky to have plumbers of that caliber

    Furnace replacement

    Michelle and her guys were beyond extrodanary . Michelle was on time and explained everything very well and made us very comfortable with our choice. Installers were also execellent. Can't say enough good for the experience Beth Baker f

    Great Service

    Amarjit fixed something which was being done wrong by one of his last colleagues in the earlier visit. Our heat cable was not connected with the furnace. I explained Amarjit the issue and he understood it right away. He not only fixed the issue but called me to let me know that its fixed completely. Thanks Amarjit for so professional and courteous towards your clients issues.

    New Furnace

    Thermostat

    Nimish Trivedi came to visit from Reliance Home Comfort to fix my thermostat because i had no heat. He arrived on time and got the furnace working quickly. He also mentioned to me some of the new services and products that Reliance offers such as plumbing protection, water softeners and water filtration systems which i wasnt aware and im very interested in. Im very satisfied with the service and recommendations to make my home better. Thank you Nimish good job
