    Install Heating Air conditioning

    The Home Comfort team did a great job. They were courteous, hardworking and efficient. They arrived on time aned explained everything thoroughly. Would always use Home Comfort. It is a reliable company.

    checked ventor motor and reworked venting...

    service gentleman was here right after he called...professional and thorough. he took the time to listen to my explanation. He explain to me what he was going to do to before he did it.

    AUTOMATIC WASHER INSTALLATION/LAUNDRY TUB DISCONNECT

    As a subscriber to Reliance's Heating & Cooling, Maintenance & Protection, and Plumbing Program, I called to see if washing machine hook-up and laundry tub disconnection would fall under the coverage of the plan. I was told that it would. My plumbing tech was Corey Marentette, a professional young man who communicated well and demonstrated meticulous skill. I related my earlier telephone conversation to Corey in order to confirm that the work he was about to do would be covered by my plan, and he told me that it would not, and he estimated to cost to be around $150.00. I'm awaiting my statement from Reliance to see if there is an additional charge for the work that was done. The money is not so much the issue but rather the lack of candour from the telephone representative who misinformed me at the outset. A business is only as good as the people it employs. Young Mr. Marentette has a bright future. He's efficient, courteous, and good at his job. It's unfortunate that a telephone rep can torpedo him before he even gets to his customer's door. Pay attention, Reliance!

    Lightening quick response, diagnose, and repair!

    Went to take a lazy, Friday-off-from-work shower when my wife informs me the water heater was leaking. She had noticed it the previous night. Cursing, I called Reliance Home Comfort and requested a repair visit. I was informed the visit would be within 4 hours. Went to take my shower, jamming to some Jesse Stewart on his mandolin when the wife calls to tell me the tech was pulling into the drive! He was there 12 minutes exactly from when I ended the call to Reliant customer support. He came in, diagnosed the issue within 2 minutes, and replaced the part within another 10, then he was off. 30 minutes after calling, the hot water tank was repaired. Huge kudos to Ryan (3446) for his diligence and speed! Very impressed with the entire service call! Just beyond words (and I'm a wordy writer, FYI)!

    Furnace and Air Conditiner Install

    Needed a new air conditioner for our home, also decided to upgrade furnace. Excellent service from Jamie (who we dealt with) we were able to get installation very fast. We had all our questions answered and highly recommend

    Furnace and Hot water Tank Install

    If I could give 6 stars, I would. Our sales guy Daniel was awesome. Met me late at night due to my busy schedule. And Nick and Brock did an excellent job installing. Very professional and would highly recommend any of these guys.

    Service

    Air conditioner serviced by Richard Knicely in a very thorough and professional way. He was polite and very knowledgable in his task at hand. Our air conditioner needed a new checkup and thermostats was therefore required . Many Thanks! 10/10 rating! Sincerely, Bob Blackmore

    Leaky faucet, toilet flush issue

    The technician was courteous, quick and explained the work being completed. As a result I will recommend this service provided by reliance to my neighbours as it is cost effective.

    Pluming service

    Just got the pluming service done by one of the technicians so fast and courteous, also he showed up on time and did the job faster than what I expected . After all it’s worth dealing with Reliance.

    Furnace and air conditioner

    Renting a furnace and air conditioner...Jamie was fantastic completely explained the whole process/procedure. The install guys worked fast and very efficient. Very happy with everything would definitely do this again.
