I have ordered a furnace and a/c combo to replace older pairs from relince. the process of the service delivery was frustrated and drive me crazy.
The beginning was good, i received conformation email of installation after paid full price on the sold date, the company requested to sign a contract. after signed. the first confirmed installation date been delayed without any notice until i followed up with the sales lady on the designed installation date been waiting the technician showing up 4 hours. Then, one days later, i been told by the sales that the model on contract was out of stock, i have to agree to install another model and I sent email agreed the changes. One days later, the sales said that i need sign another contract about the change before installation. i signed. on the 5th day after i paid full money, the installation finally been carry on, one day later, i been told that i have to pay additional $500 for the extra job which related to installation(the sales had measured and invested the existign equpment and boiler rooms for replace new machine on the sold date). Then, i paid right way, then, i been told that i have to sign another contract for the additional payment before installation been completed.
i will never reconmend Reliance to anyone, their process managerment and service were nightmare.
