    air conditioner

    Mr. W Grant attended to check our air conditioning unit. The unit had frozen. He did a complete check and got the unit working, The weather had changed to being very cold. He made a second appointment to return to check the unit when it was warmer so he could ensure the unit is working properly. That is being proud of your work. thank you

    Fixed water heater

    I have a water tank rental with them. It stopped getting hot water. Called them and the tech came the next day to fix the issue. I was surprised with the speed in which they resolved the issue. Very happy with the service. Since it was a rental, there was no charge to me.

    No support after AC failed to cool.

    Immediately following the install, the AC unit was unable to keep up with cooling my home. This wasn't unexpected since the sales rep, Daniel, had said one unit may not do the job. Sadly, since contacting Daniel and letting him know, he has disappeared. None of my phone calls, emails or text messages over the last week have been returned by him. None of my attempts were harsh or rude, just simple requests for a call-back or help. Despite the $8k package with lots and lots of promises, my home is overheating again and I'm left without any help from the rep, Daniel, and the company, Reliance Home Comfort, that sold me the package. Don't be fooled!

    AC repair

    Ruel Tucker - our tech was very knowledgeable and was sincere - welling to help without expecting any return... Was able to identify the problem and found a solution for it without hasitation

    Water tank replaced

    My hot water tank leaked overnight, so when I called Monday morning (with an inch of water in my basement) I had to wait until Tuesday morning to get a new tank. Kody O’Mara came to replace my tank I have nothing but nice things to say. He was prompt, polite and helpful.

    Air conditioner quote

    Will Carey from Reliance Chatham came over to give me a quote and he was exceptionally professional and very informative. He provided me with all of the options and guided me based on the needs of my home. I highly recommend Will when looking into upgrading or installing an air conditioner unit.

    AC

    I had a problem with my AC and RUEL helped fixed the problem. Very knowledgeable and patient. Great guy and helpful. Definitely i recommend to fix future problems for everyone.

    Hot water tank leaking

    On Friday, I called Reliance because our hot water tank was leaking. The phone representative told me some one would be out to look at it on Sunday. Kody, the technician that came, called 15 minutes before arriving. He was very courteous and professional. He made all the arrangements and repairs to have our hot water tank and all venting replaced immediately. Kody worked hard to get the job done and kept us well informed as to what he would have to do to make the repairs. He was very considerate and conscientious. Thank you, Kody for a job well done!

    Reliance Home Comfort

    Very pleased with Reliance and their help with my HVAC needs. Tiffany was able to get me in the right place to be helped all in one day! Impressive in this busy season!

    Water Heater tank - not working

    Today I had George Abankwah, your technician, who was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. He was very knowledgeable, identify the problem, termocouple, and fixed in no time. Great customer service. Do not hesitate to recommend your comapny to any of my friends.
