    Great service from Erez Abergil-technical expert

    I had my furnace serviced today but reliance and the technical expert (Erez Abergil) was very efficient and professional. He took the time to explain what needed to be replaced and offered tips on heating efficiency. I appreciated his honesty, the tips and professionalism. I would definitely rate his service 10/10 and request him in the future.

    Service

    Cameron attended to perform annual maintenance and testing of my furnace. He explained how my furnace components functioned as he was cleaning and inspecting it’s various parts, he explained the advantages and disadvantages of a mid efficiency as opposed to a high efficiency unit and ensured that everything was functioning properly prior to leaving

    Furnace repair

    Our furnace stopped working and Ian B came over and diagnosed the problem efficiently and fixed it. Ian B is an excellent technician and this is the man that we will request in future. We thank you Ian B for your great help and Reliance should be proud to have you as a technician.

    Furnace repair

    Heat kicked off during night .. have a newborn.. called at 730.. showed up about 20 minutes later! Great service! Got the job done as quickly as possible! Would recommend

    Great service!

    Tori is very accommodating and knowledgable of the various products and services. She provided me with various options for a water filtration system and helped me determine the best solution for our home. I highly recommend Tori and appreciate her knowledge and service.     Hot water tank replacement

    Adam and Warren came on time in the morning like they said they would. They were very polite and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They had it finished in no time!

    Central air sales call

    Had a great experience with a gentleman named Jason who helped us with choosing a unit that will meet our family's needs and stay in budget he patiently explained the process and arranged for installation before he left leaving us with no unanswered questions... thank you Jason for making this such an easy decision to go with your company

    Water heater repair

    James came to our home today as we have been losing pressure in our hot water line. He recommended and did a small modification that will extend the life of the tank and allow us to have constant and proper water pressure. A very pleasant technician with extensive knowledge. Thank you for your help today.

    Fast, Efficient, Courteous

    Phil & Dillon were great. Installed a submersible sump pump with battery back up. Pointed out that my 40+ year old existing sump did not have a check valve, and water would back flow into the pit. They corrected this problem, installed the new sump pump with battery back up and explained exactly how it works. Worked quietly and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and would use Reliance again.

    Water pipes treatment product

    Service tech explaind about inside of all discharged water lines of buildup of dirty slug , I have no doubt of information being given as I’ve seen inside of pipes in previous home that clogged discharge plumbing. Purchase new product to clean out pipes in home. I did not know that this was available for pipes in home until now. I was impressed that this gas service woman had such knowledge of the slug buildup inside piping of home.
