    Yearly hot water tank maintenance

    Reliance just conducted my first yearly maintenance on my hot water tank. The service was excellent, exceeding expectations. He provided a good explanation for what he was conducting. Quick service and great customer service. Thank you Adam.

    Humdifier on furnance leaks

    humidifier was leaking, water all over what a mess. John S from Reliance came and although he is not a furnace person, he walked in looked at it said yup have that in the truck, went got part, changed part, cleaned up, tested it, and all done ... Wow what service. I am sad that there is water damage to my basement walls and floors but happy it was repaired so efficiently and expertly.. there should be coverage when your house gets harmed due to equipment failure without your deductible of 2000 dollars for insurance and then an increase in your insurance when it had nothing to do with you but the equipment :)

    Furnace

    Our furnace stopped working on Sunday morning. We called help desk who made it a priority and sent a technician within an hour in the midst of snow. We later found out that our furnace was done for good. The service tech arranged sales team to show up within 2 hours of promised time. Sarah showed up who was very pleasant and courteous. Once we selected our furnace she sat up a priority call to install our furnace the next morning due to the temperature drop. Monday at 11 AM we had our new furnace installed and up and running. The help desk, the service Technician, Sales team and the gentlemen who installed our furnace made this experience very pleasant and everything was done very seamless. I am extremely pleased with them and they deserve to have my business now and my business in the future. I will not hesitate to do business with them again. The reliance home comfort should be proud to have such individuals who raise up the bar in the service industry. My hats off to you guys for your awesome job.

    Replace furnace and air conditioner

    Very pleased with Mike Raposo and the way he explained the replacement process and how rental vs ownership works and the advantages and disadvantages of both. He answered all questions regarding the replacement process. Mike also explained all the discounts available because of our contact with him at the Home Show. He arranged for the home inspection and the installers. The day following the installation he visited again to make sure all work was well-done, to our satisfaction. Mike is a fine representative for Reliance Home Comfort.

    New Furnace Installed

    Our 30 year old furnace finally quit during one of the coldest days of the year. I called Reliance and had a service tech at my house within 3 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended we replace the furnace. Two hours later a sales advisor arrived, a replacement furnace was specified, and next day installation was booked. The installers arrived right on time the next morning and had the furnace up and running in less than five hours. All Reliance personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent workmanship demonstrated by the installers. Thanks to Bob, Troy, Greg, and Nick.

    Furnace

    My rental furnace stopped working (it was about 7/8 years old) reliance showed up the next day told me I needed a new one and had someone here the following day to install it... great service from everyone!

    Fixed Furnace

    Our furnace stopped working during a very intense cold spell. When our Reliance technician arrived, he explained the likely causes of the problem and then carefully diagnosed the exact problem. This involved getting a new part from the supplier, which he was able to do quite quickly. He then tested the fixed equipment and made sure everything was working properly. We were very impressed with his courteous manner, his willingness to explain what was going on and his technical proficiency.

    Hot water on demand

    The serviceman today, February 5, 2018 was thorough in his work. Walked me through what he was doing and did it all very confidently. If I have any trouble in the future with my Reliance products, please sent this guy to do the work.

    Furnace repair

    Tom was extremely good at explaining and fixing the problem with our furnace. After finding the problem it was repaired. He explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. We are extremely happy with the whole experience and give Tom a 10+ rating for him!!

    Furnace call for cleaning

    John the service technician was very polite. He was supposed to come by one but had other priority calls for no heat. Only 30 mins behind schedule. Was very helpful and provided feedback for cleaning.
