    Fixed Furnace

    My Furnace broke down at some point in the middle of the night. Reliance has someone in hours after calling in. Ruel came to inspect and went above and beyond with his service. He was helpful, polite and very very patient. He also got the job done when it seemed like we were not going to get the replacement part. Definitely recommend Reliance and Ruel's services.

    Customer Service always prompt and top notch

    New furnace and humidifier installed. Great after service throughout. New Wi Fi eco-net thermostat - service techs helped through some problems connecting to our network. Never have to wait on phone when calling customer support.

    Quick and efficient !

    Rocco came with an apprentice . Very friendly and efficient ! Thank you Rocco and apprentice !!!! I would recommend having plumbing insurance through reliance it’s saved me $144 plus tax

    Furnace

    Our furnace that we bought stopped working causing our house to drop to about 16°c in February. We called reliance and they had Jason our service guy at our door in no time. He took his time to explain the what was wrong and how to prevent it from happening again in the future. Jason was friendly and it made our whole experience with reliance even better. After this service we will always call reliance for help.

    furnace not working quick install

    The furnace stopped working and it was very cold. I had very good sales man get new furnace put in next day. He was really nice. Ron saved my house from freezing. I am very happy as I now go away for 3 months knowing my house is safe.

    furnace tune-up

    The technician Junoa was punctual, polite and efficient. He investigated any problems and concerns I had. He took his time checking over the furnace and reported on its condition. He was very knowledgeable.

    New Furnace

    Our old furnace of 20 years which we have been regularly servicing annually gave up the ghost a couple of days before Christmas. The service guy came within a couple of hours. Diagnosis was made and the very next day a new super furnace was installed. The new thermostat seems to be regulating our heat better and more carefully and we are very grateful for the superb service we received from ALL the guys involved. We are still awaiting our forms for claiming government rebates and having some trouble in getting hold of the original sales guy for this but I am sure that will soon be rectified. Top service of the new furnace.

    Fixed our tub taps

    We have the Reliance Home plan so there was no charge - first visit by Ed to determine the issue - he ordered the parts and today Peter D came and fixed it ... he also gave us some great info on our basement plumbing as we are in the process of finishing it. Great service with very professional fellows!! Can't wait to enjoy my soaker tub tonight!

    Furnace Repair Call

    My furnace stopped working and needed a service call. The technician (Vedesh #3592) was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue as a sensor problem. He was polite, friendly and respectful throughout the process of replacing the item and didn't try to sell me any unnecessary parts or products (which is always a concern). Overall, I am very pleased with this service call and would recommend Reliance and this technician (Vedesh) again.

    Furnace repair

    I had my furnace repaired by James in Windsor. Excellent Technician He was knowledgeable and very professional. Quick to diognose the problem and get fixed, I'll certainly call Reliance again and ask for him in the future.
