    Plumbing service

    I had a leak around the front of my toilet. I called Reliance and got a prompt appointment. Ron got here about 2 hours later which was very good timing for me. Problem was a leaking supply line which Ron fixed in minutes. Prompt service. Prompt arrival. Prompt diagnosis and repair. All covered by the plumbing maintenance plan. It does not get better than that. Thanks Ron and Reliance.

    New furnace

    Mark Clatney was the rep and was extremely helpful. He made all the arrangements after showing me my options. The crew were excellent, friendly and efficient that did the installation.

    Hot Water Heater Repair (rental)

    My service person, Cameron Alkins was very thorough and professional. He called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled which was a real plus for me. He not only fixed my problem quickly and efficiently but he also checked out a small concern with my furnace - which turned out to be nothing. He also suggested that I consider the plumbing insurance plan which I didn't even know existed. I hope Mr. Alkins receives some recognition for his professionalism - it was a pleasure to have such a conscientious worker perform the service call. Thank you.

    Fixed leak underneath kitchen sink

    Dan was scheduled at 8:00 am and 1:00 pm on Sunday. Called before he came and was prompt - on time (approx. 8:00am). Assessed the work and left to get items for the repair. Came back - did the work - took about 45 minutes?? roughly...and that was that. He was prompt, professional and the leak under the kitchen sink (which has been like that since June of 2017), seems to be repaired.. Fingers crossed. I would recommend this company - wish I'd signed on for this earlier - peace of mind - and the work 'seems' to be fine.

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    I have a 21 year old tank that I asked to be replaced a few years ago, told there was nothing wrong with it. My tank let go yesterday morning - customer service was an absolute nightmare. Several phone calls had to be made in order to have someone come out and replace tank. I have paid for the tank 10x over, and did not purchase a new one for peace of mind with service. I am extremely disappointed. I do give Mark Chevalier (0245) the service guy 10/10 stars , he called when he was on the way. He was very professional and efficient. Mark left his work area spotless.

    Furnace Rental

    Met with John Sageloly from Reliance today. He was very knowledgeable and did a quick assmessment of my old furnace. Gave me some great options and was very honest. Overall a great experience. Satisfied customer.

    Replacing hot water heater

    We had our hot water heater replaced this morning by Mark Chevalier. He was on time, fast, clean and very polite. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received today. Would 100% recommend Reliance.

    Repair and service

    Friendly courteous worker.. Quickly figured out problem and made repair. Changed filter as well when I asked. And fixed a sensor he observed not working properly . Thank you for your attention to detail.

    Replacement of water heater

    The service tech (John Savage) was extremely polite and helpful. He went above and beyond to provide great service and showed superior work ethics. I would highly recommend this service tech!

    New installations replacing old equipments ie Furnace & AC.

    Good job with the installations and clear and conscise explanations given its a new system and equipment for my house that is 24 years old now. Working guys well mannered and friendly. Young man doing their job with pride and professionalism. Keep it up guys.
