    Furnace repair

    The service technician (Shawn)called in advance to let us know he was on his way. He showed up with in 10 minutes and was very courteous and professional. Our furnace was fixed quickly and very professionally

    New furnace and ac

    We were very pleased with our salesman Dan Arcari. He was very pleasant and informative. We went from wanting to buy to renting. Dan explained the pros of renting to us and it suited us way better. I highly recommend him for any inquiries or help. JoAnne Perneel

    Thava Siva is great!

    I scheduled a furnace inspection with Reliance Home Comfort. A service technician named Thava Siva arrived right on time, and was very professional and courteous throughout his visit. He did an amazing job and I would highly recommend him. Thank you Thava!

    water heater replacement

    We had a quick response form reliance 24 hours after the call we had a new water installed and running. Mark Chevalier 0245 installer did a excellent job he was very quick and did a professional job. thanks Kirk Bonnevie

    Furnace

    Immediate and helpful meeting examining furnace replacement options by Trevor. This was followed up by quick installation several days later. Kevin and Rob were wonderful installing the furnace were very thorough in explaining its operation. Great "bedside manner"! Darryl

    New furnace and A/C install

    Prompt and efficient service. Technicians answered all questions and were professional. Went to work and came home to a new furnace with no mess. I would recommend Reliance to anyone.

    Service

    Excellent customer service provided by the tech. Matt Coulombe. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and efficient. Much appreciated. He took care of my request and answered all of my questions.

    Furnace replacement/install

    Our furnace quit during the night and we called first thing in the morning for service. By that afternoon a service tech came and determined we needed a new furnace . The next afternoon we had a new working furnace just as a deep freeze moved in.

    Poor customer repsonse from manager

    I wonder if Reliance knows if their left hand know what their right hand is doing. I asked to install a water heater:Bradford White and they gave me GSW. I paid full amount for the water heater and installation service and their record shown that i am on rental of the water heater. I tried to contact them to correct the record and my credit card payment since Jan 2 and their manager still has not get back to me. What a disappointing service !. This is a second time i deal with them. Both are disappointing. I hope i can get an attention from this review. Service guy, Nathan, was a great guy on installation. I had a bad one last time that he didnt even show up so i cancelled the service. I hope owner will look into their business model and process to get improvement. Otherwise it will not last long in this competitive business environment.
