    Installer Damage

    Installer caused $1300 damage to my home by drilling 2-3" holes through my livingroom wall from the outside brick wall and I have called or emailed every 1 - 2 weeks and we are now 13 months later and Reliance has NOT made anything right. They do not get back to me I have to call them. They have said they will make it right and yet they acknowledge the installer damage and have done nothing to fix the damage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    Furnace

    I Was having issues with my fairly old furnace sytem and Had excellent service from Marcel in Sarnia Today -He was very thorough and polite -would recommend him to anyone.

    furnace repair

    Had a new rental furnace installed last July and motor failed during worst cold snap to hit the GTA in recent memory. Took three days of ongoing calls to Reliance get resolved however the trusted advisor who fixed the issue was a real pro. He arrived Friday night and determined the motor had failed. He proceeded install a new unit and reset the venting and humidity controls for the house to ensure appropriate air flow. Thank you Keith H #5243 for fabulous service.

    Furnace rental

    Amy from Relience was very professional. She explained everything with patient giving us many options to choose. She arranged all the hassle works right away. We have the new furnace installation right after day of her visit. We are really appreciate her.

    Hot Water Issue

    Booked service for the very first time online. Nice and easy. Next morning got a message saying the time I picked was unavailable and to call. I called and very nice lady said that my appointment time was fine. (not sure who called the first time but that needs to be looked into ) . Ron arrived and was very polite, courteous and respectful of my home. Initially thought he would have to order in a part but thankfully he found one in his van. Fixed problem and gave me some very good advice and information. There was no charge because I pay rental fee every month. Overall very happy with the service and they have an excellent employee in Ron. B. (110257 )

    Terrible technician service

    There is zero competency around Baxi boilers with RHC. I've had 3 different technicians come to the house and no one knows how to solution a Baxi water heater. We have had 0 hot water and 0 heat on/off and for the last 5 days. One technician came to add a relay pipe to regulate. Didn't fix the issue. Had one technician come in to just look at the unit. Did nothing. After Joe, Shawn, and Sean. Apparently there is one person in the entire company who knows how to fix Baxi system named Fadi. I find it atrocious that a company this large cannot figure out how to fix a tankless system. I would not recommend any services for RHC. We will not be renewing our contract. Please be advised when dealing with RHC.

    Great service

    Ron 1065 was fantastic, he was able to answer all of my questions and fix my furnace. I have the protection plan so I didn't pay for the service. Ron was the second technician to come to my house, he installed the motor and made adjustments to the gas pressure and cleaned the flame sensor. The first technician that came over was terrible and he took one look at my furnace and said I needed a new one and other things. He didnt even take the cover off lol. Ron restored my faith in Reliance and I will continue to call them in the future. I'd leave a review on the first guy but he didn't leave me any information and I don't know his name.

    furnace repair

    Came home december 28 furnace not working and home 5C. Called reliance homecomfort and had service appointment for december 29 between 1-5pm. December 29 called reliance 3x to confirm if tech is coming it is already 5pm and they cannot get hold of their tech and then asked if i want to resched for tomorrow and i said no. Tech came after 6pm and said need to order Surface igniter and promised it will be available January 1, 2018. Considering January 1 holiday i already conditioned myself that service will be done January 2, 2018. January 2, 2018, no call received from reliance or tech for any updates. Called them x3 and spoke with CRS supervisor saying for sure Jan. 3 first service call in the morning tech will be in my home to fixed the problem. January 3 @ 930am still no call for update, called reliance and able to connect with tech saying give him 1 hour to get parts. Do not trust them anymore, cancelled service call and called Aire Max and came with parts and fixed problem in 30 minutes. I do not know how reliance homecomfort is getting their parts but not to get surface igniter between december 29-January 3 is uncomprehensible. Very Unreliable Reliance Homecomfort. Cancelled my monthly service plan, what a waste of money and time.

    Tankless water tank

    Stefan Schulz from the Regina office worked on the yearly clean-up of my tankless water heater----Stefan did excellent work, cleaned up after doing the work and he is friendly and 'dog' friendly as I have a big mutt. I was very impressed.
