    Hot water tank

    Furnace and AC Install

    Jamey Kloostra and the install team at Reliance, delivered excellent service in a timely fashion. It was very cold and our furnace quit on us. The team at Reliance came out immediately and got the new furnace going very quickly. We were very impressed with the service! Thank you! Chris and Melissa Anderson

    new furnace air conditioner humidifier

    PAYMENT MADE ON DUE DATE DEC 19TH . $9500.00 . HELD BACK $200.00 as it was over amount quoted. Called to get clarification. Still did not make sense. I am going to pay it as I can see that I do still owe $140.00 water heater rental, although I don't get the extra $50 still, Called today as I need a plumber( leak in basement ) refused to book appt till it's paid and I need to send proof. Been a customer for more that 20 years never missed a payment...PISSED

    Faulty Motor

    Scott provided fantastic service. Identified the issue correctly and fixed our furnace right away. We were happy with Scott's professionalism and courtesy that he showed us. Great Job Scott! Thank You

    Furnace repair

    David arrived today to service my furnace and did an excellent job. Very professional, very friendly and very efficient. He gave me good advice and informed me of the services available. Extremely satisfied with the service.

    New Furnace

    Excellent job, cleaned up mess after they were finished and they made sure I knew how to set my thermostat. Very friendly and installed furnace in 2 hours. Also explained to me about how to use filters properly.

    hot water tank

    the job was done perfectly. I am happy with those guys .. Sam and Chris who performed a good job to replace the hot water tank in a very short time . thank you guys.

    Plumbing

    Annual Furance maintenance

    Cameron called within the allotted tome of 10 to 2 he came in removed his boots. He checked out the furance changed a pipe and cleaned some mould out of a piece. He coached me on how to properly install the filters. He made a note on the furnace with a sharpie so I know which way to install the filter and told me to buy ones with a wire mesh. He did the outside check and said all was good. He was courteous and polite. I would recommend this young man to everyone.

    Maintenance checkup on furnance

    Mike came to my home and was extremely professional, courteous and efficient. He was extremely thorough in his diagnostics and explained clearly what the issue was. Excellent service and Mike is an excellent ambassador for the company.
