I am super impressed by the staff of reliance for this install. As a first time homeowner I was a bit skeptical about changing my furnace, but the sales person that came- Frank Ondraka was so helpful. He practically spent about 3 hours just going through every detail of what it would mean to change the furnace and all of the rebates. He helped me set up appointments and checked in until the Furnace was installed . 5 stars for Frank.

The gentleman that did the installations of my new furnace and ac were very polite, professional, efficient. I want to thank Matt Appleman and his crew for his excellent installation. I also would like to recommend the advisor Jayson Newton for his patience dealing with us on making our decision. He laid out the options in an easy to understand way that we felt great about. Jayson even came back the next day to go over how to use the new thermostat to us again. We love our new system and the house is finally heating the upstairs floor that the old one couldn't. Thanks again reliance!

I had a new furnace, a/c unit, humidifier, and thermostat installed by a great team from Reliance Home Comfort this week. I have nothing but praise for these Reliance employees; from Jordan Sutherland, who helped me through the process of choosing the right equipment and financing for my home, to Mike and Taylor, who showed up on time and efficiently and professionally completed all the work. They covered the floor and stairs with runners and were very conscientious not to damage my walls as they moved equipment up and down the stairs to the basement. They explained what they were doing, answered my questions, and cleaned up beautifully when the work was done. They spent time showing me how the furnace works and how to operate the new thermostat. I am very pleased with the work this Reliance team did and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering this kind of work.

Repairing a broken part in the furnace. Will come back tomorrow to do the repair. He said the part would be able $500 If I had to pay for it. First appt that was scheduled. They booked it as a water heater repair so they couldn't do the work and had to come back again.

I cannot say enough about this company. From the sales advisor, Chris, in the Whitby location to the installation by Mike, Jon and Scott everything was perfect. They all made it a wonderful experience and made sure we understood everything we needed to know about the new furnace, humidifier and thermostat before they left. I would highly recommend Reliance to anyone looking for a new furnace or air conditioner.

What started as a laundry room update quickly evolved into an upgrade and combining of our older boiler and water tank. From my initial inquiry, to the sales commitment, to the installation every exchange with your Reliance team was very pleasant. We needed furnace service. Our service plan covered the cost of repairs. The technician arrived within 5 minutes of the earliest projected time. Reliance technician "Matt" did a great job. He was thorough, polite, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and professional. Matt is a credit to his company. Well done. Thank you.

I had a Gas leak at my home in Georgetown. Found out it was coming from the Furnace and called Reliance. They had someone out on the First business day to fix the issue. Ivan Z from Reliance found 2 leaks and promptly repaired them! He was professional, courteous and taught me a couple things too. I'm very happy with the service provided.
