My natural gas space heater was broken. So had to enter into a new contract to get a new one replaced as pricing had changed. Installation today by Brendan Doyle and his co-worker went great and were great to answer any questions I had. Everything went smoothly.

Great service tech and a perfect 21 point inspection. Polite clean on time and he explained everything to me. I would recommend home comfort to all my coworkers and family

My water heater decided to take a break last night at 10pm. I called and spoke with one of their customer service reps and she booked us in for today between 1pm and 5pm. Got a call from the technician at 1pm to say he was on his way. The young technician answered my questions and even spoke with my husband on the phone and got right to work, fixed the problem in a timely fashion. We'll mannered young man. This is how customer service should be. 10 out of 10. Thanks Mrs. MILUTIN. I did not have to pay anything! Just Stating because I couldn't uncheck the BOX ( I paid for this service). I did not pay a dime.

I had a new Furnace and AC put in by Mike G and Taylor S. They were very informative, very professional and friendly. They both informed me how to get the best use and service from by furnace and A/C. I was satisfied with my insulation. Thanks Marcia

signed up for a new propane furnace (rental) everyone involved from the initial sales call through to the installation has been professional, courteous and most of all prompt! No missed or rescheduled appointments. Two weeks from my inquiry to completion. Great job Reliance!

Very happy with our sales rep Alex, she was efficient and quick to return my call. John Cooper did our installation and he was FANTASTIC, really knew what he was doing. It was not an easy job and he was patient, nice and efficient.

He was a very friendly guy fixed the issue with the water heater in 15 mins and he did his job very good. He was very helpful and showed me the issue and how it can be prevented next time a issue like this ever happened again.

Vince Rakovich was the representative who originally came to our house to discuss installing a water softener system. Upon review of our basement, he determined that we would need extra piping for the softener to be installed at a cost to us. We decided not to go forward with the softener, however, after talking to us and discussing our needs, Vince suggested we go with the reverse osmosis system. We were really happy, because it was exactly what we were looking for. He listened to our needs and met them. We are very pleased with his service and would recommend him to others.
