So grateful for reliance home comfort and their amazing technician, who not came to service my furnace right away but had it up and running in the same day...from the friendly customer service reps to the amazing technician who serviced my furnace I am very grateful, I would highly recommend this company and suggest to anyone who is looking for heating and cooling needs to contact reliance and they will take good care of you!

I had a re-occuring problem with my furnace and called customer service. They sent Chris to diagnose the problem and determined it was related to a pressure switch. He replaced the pressure switch and went the extra mile to make sure there were no other issues. Awesome job Chris!!!

"Jamie" from Reliance, had a busy day, but he got to my home at about 7 PM and had the new water heater installed and everything cleaned up in about 2 hours. Very pleasant service man who knew what he was doing ! "Julian" came a week later to diagnose a furnace leaking problem, successfully diagnosed the reason for the water, went out to the truck, picked up a replacement heat exchanger gasket kit and had the problem solved promptly....Courteous and efficient ! He went to some length to ensure the work was covered under my warranty.. I am happy and relieved that Reliance stands behind their warranty and that they employ such helpful and courteous personnel.

Professional installation. Installers were knowledgeable about product and answered any questions directed at them. Installation time was accurate to the prediction. I was kept informed as to the installation from before they arrived until when they left.

Reliance team were here on time they quickly got to work did a very efficient job of replacing our AC unit cleaned up and we're gone within a few hours my husband and I are very satisfied with the work that was performed today

After i had the technician scott number 1616 i just want to say his very professional person and its really good at his job and very qualify and really does know what his doing. Great experience and excellent worker.

I have been with Reliance for years. Whenever I have had an issue with our hot water tank the problem is always fixed well within a reasonable amount of time. The technicians are always on time, polite, professional, and they know what they are doing. They take care to respect our home and my time. I am very satisfied with the products and services.

Your service dept is a joke. Called Sunday morning when we realized we had no hot water. Tech showed up Monday. Replaced what he could and had to order a part. We were told that the part would be delivered to our home Tuesday and when it arrives to call Reliance again to dispatch a tech to repair the tank. Was told we would get top priority because we had been waiting. Part didn't show up until Wednesday (4 days and we are getting a little stinky & angry). Called Reliance to get a tech in to repair .... nope the guy won't be there until Thursday. Lost my mind and patience with the rep and they agreed to send a guy out tonight. I'll keep you updated lol. Probably going to toss the water heater out on the lawn (only 3 years old) and purchase a new one

technician was very thorough and explained what he checked and why. Didn't take long and gave us peace of mind that the furnace is ready for winter. Very happy with the service call.
