We made the decision to switch over to a rental water heater with reliance 4 months ago, getting the new one installed was a problem from the get go, from the first installer who couldn’t do the job to finding someone who could to finally getting it done. Yaaaaa we were happy we finally had water. Then after 4 months it quit working, the unit went into vacation mode and we no longer had hot water. Called reliance
on Sunday, guy came Monday and he couldn’t fix it needed to order the part - it was apparently the pressurizer, part came the next evening, I was advised that as soon as the part comes
In, call and they will come that day to install, that was a bit of an ordeal to get someone in,
however the girl on the phone found someone to
get this done. He came on Tuesday night his
name was Jason Mitruk, he went to install the part and advised us that this was miss
diagnoised and it was something else and he
needed to order the part....great another day
with no water, and an additional day that I
needed to stay home from work, not to mention
I was going away the next day and needed this to be rectified prior to leaving. Jason took complete ownership, he saved my feelings on reliance and personally went and found the part and came back the next day and fixed the water heater - finally had hot water again. Honestly if it wasn’t for Jason we would be finding a way to pull out of our rental agreement and finding a new company to deal with. You should be very happy that you have such a great service technician representing this company. Thank you Jason!
