I am extremely happy with my purchase from Reliance home comfort. I have been a customer with them for years and Andy time I had need of them they came in a timely manor. My sales rep Glenn Bersuk was patient with me and quick to find answers and solutions to any question or problem I had.

Technicians, James and Alex were great. The call centre was terrible. I was given two appointments, assured the had my contact, someone had been dispatched, all untrue. Wasted my time.

Danny was in this morning to work on our AC coil change. Worked for about 4 or 5 hours. Amazingly professional. Courteous, clear, focused. Got his job done perfectly. Demonstrated a high degree of sensitivity to our work at home. Made sure Alarm folks were informed and left a clean work place on completion. Very impressed.

Having just moved to North Bay and not knowing our new heating and cooling equipment we called Reliance for help. We made the appointment and the service man arrived at the appointed time. Grant W. was very courteous and patient with us as we knew nothing about the how to run the system. He not only cleaned and adjusted the system but had us watch what he was doing so that we would know exactly what units we had. He also showed the dos and donts so that we could keep things in top shape.. Thank You GRANT W. for your patience. JOHN & ELFIg

I called Reliance (heater is rented through them) when the water started to be tepid rather than hot and had some concerns after looking at the tank. I got a service call for the same day I called! Ethier (?) attended and checked everything, explained everything, made a few recommendations and fixed the problem! Very happy with the service call. He even determined the smoke alarm which I thought had a co2 sensor does not so will be out to correct this immediately! Thanks Ethier!

Manjit Singh is good man.he is fixing my problem before people Fixs my water tank but I am not happy but now I am happy I think he is the best

We had Dean Timpany to our house in regards to replacing our furnace and air conditioner. Dean is a very pleasant gentleman to work with and certainly knows his products. Everything was well explained and the alternatives we had, very helpful I would recommend this man to come into any home if the need be for furnace or air conditioner. Great job well done Dean. Scott came to my Home quickly after Ian the service tech found water in the blower motor. Scott went through my options in detail. Then sent off a report to my insurance adjuster. Once the adjuster approved the bill for a new furnace. Scott returned to finalize the sale in order to get the furnace in the system for replacing ASAP. I had a feeling of confidence I did not feel pressured at all. Both Ian and Scott were very professional and made me feel at ease.

We called Sunday regarding a leak under our water heater. We were scheduled an appointment for Monday afternoon and Brad had a new unit installed in no time. Friendly, quick and efficient service. Would recommend to others

My blower on my 25 year old furnace broke and we decided to do a replace. Very happy with how professional and courteous Tony was during the sales process and the install crew led by Charlie were amazing and very helpful and polite. Would recommend and have already recommended Reliance to friends. Very happy with Reliance. Andrew
